Erica gave me one of the worst hair cutting experiences ever. She is rough and rude, though I would've brushed it off if she was actually good. No, my haircut was completely lopsided and she took off way more than I asked for. I told her I like to wear it as a mid part, so I assumed she would even out both sides. When I noticed it was uneven asked her to even it out, she responded "you asked for layers, so it's going to be uneven." - I beg to differ.
