Place is clean, staff is really professional and services are done so fast - the least pain I ever felt for services I have done! Place to go to and come back all the time! I would give this place a 5 only because of Corrin(sorry if I spelt your name wrong), she has never disappointed me for the many years I've gone here. However the 3 other staff that I had my Brazilian experience with is the reason for the loss of a star. They all have left me with a good portion of hair after doing a Brazilian, including yesterday. I was also bleeding quite a bit from this girl doing 2 specific spots multiple times, I've never experience this with Corrin. I woke up still disappointed so I felt like writing this review. Definitely only going to Corrin from now on.

I have been having all my waxing needs attended to by Aroma Waxing Clinic for a number of years and cannot recommend them highly enough. The receptionist are quite pleasant and I really enjoyed having Breanne, one of the estheticians, take care of me. She was so easy to work with that I felt like I was not even having a waxing service performed- this has never occured before. I plan to stay with her since the entire process was wonderful. I have been coming to Aroma Waxing clinic for years. Honestly, i never had any complaints and was always welcomed by receptionists etc. The only time where i was really disappointed was when i had to drive all the way down, went into the room, got ready...then told by "Vanessa" that i should go get my chest hair trimmed before getting it waxed. Strange thing is, I always come around the same time every few months and was never turned away by anyone. I think she just made an excuse that day. I did not return for a couple of months as i was very annoyed.

Trying to make this place my usual spot the only downside are the receptionists who are so rude and non welcoming, it's hard to even book an appointment over the phone when there poor phone etiquette just makes you want to hang up (hence the 4/5 star review).

As a first time waxer leaving for vacation tomorrow I was extremely nervous but excited. I had no idea what was involved or anything and the lady Michelle (or whatever the heck it was) provided no direction other than "I'll be back"

I love going to this waxing spa for my Brazilian once a month and I get sugaring done. I've been going here for four months now and I must say that this place is a gem! I have told all my girlfriends about this place and I brought two friends so far and they all love Korine! Who knew that "Sunday waxing" was a thing ;) I was happy they had a slot left 30 mins later.

I arrived a few minutes early and filled out a short form (including a waiver) as it was my first time.
The esthetician was ready for me and took me into a clean room and showed me where I could put my belongings as well as where other things were in the room e.g. A small towel. She also asked what areas I needed waxed.

I had bar-none the best experience today at Aroma!! Brazilian waxing as we all know is a torture...Jasmine did a sugaring waxing for me...and blew me away! It literately took maybe 10 min(usually 40 min), very thorough, almost painless(compared to my life-time of other experiences of this service) Thank you, Aroma! You work like magic!

Waited about half an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen in a Monday afternoon. My waxer Liz didnt wear gloves to do my brazilian... and i dont even know if she washed her hands after her previous client as she was in such a rush to get to me she was 30 mins late... the place is clean and bright but i wont be back. The wax was fast and clean but i do wish she did some tweezing as the finish touch. Overall 3 stars out of 5

I will admit, I've lived off groupon and deals for many years. I was cheap, but way too clumsy and afraid to do my own wax, so I'd go all over town trying these deals at random (and sometimes sketchy) places. I was referred to this spa by a friend and booked a shoulder and back waxing appointment. I was able to book a 'waxing' on the same day I needed it, and was very happy with the service and the price. Everyone here was friendly and the room I had the waxing done in was very clean and smelled great.
For the guys out there who need 'manscaping' I would highly recommend this place and I am surprised it does not have a higher rating. I literally paid twice as much at my old place in Mississauga and the service levels were about the same.
