Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. My first visit, to have a tire patched, was great. Friendly and efficient service.
So I returned when I had a tire that needed replacing. Once again friendly service.
However, when I left I immediately noticed that my alignment was a little off, strange because the tire they replaced was a back one. This hadn't been an issue before my visit so I brought it back in thinking they would fix the issue they caused.
They did an alignment check and found that it was in fact a bit off. They told me it would cost $180 to fix it. Needless to say I refused to pay for them to fix an issue they

I originally used them to replace my radiator back in 2019, it was a brand new radiator. They did a great job, transparent, communication. A year later in 2020 - I saw my radiator leaked again - went back to them luckily it was under warranty and they were able to replace it with no charge. That was amazing.
Then 7 months we are now in 2021 - they were able to talk with the supplier they use to get a brand new radiator and a higher quality radiator at no charge! Like this is service

Vehicle was at Adair 3 times within 4 months. The VW had oil leak issues since Adair Auto started dealing with it to the extent that the vehicle could easily been on fire 3 times. Turns out that the repairs I paid for where done with neglect, proofed by photos from another shop at a 4th repair shop stop. Adair’s owner received a detailed email of events and chose not to get back to me. I wish I would have the money to sue them. Do NOT take your vehicle there.

I've come to Adair for all of my work on my Audi A4 in the past few years, and many years before that for other vehicles. There aren't many others I would trust to work on my vehicle. The quality of their work is always top-notch. The staff are professional, honest, and knowledgeable. I've recommended them before to others and will continue to do so! I found Adair's Auto Repair over 10 years ago and have been taking our family's vehicles to them ever since. These guys are the best! They are professional, personable and honest. The quality of work is excellent and Seamus, Sean, BJ and Bryce (when he was there) always take the time to fully explain all the work they do and most importantly why it needs to be done. I appreciate this because in my experiences with dealerships, nobody would explain the mechanics and workings of my vehicles and used my lack of knowledge to do work that wasn't necessary. So...the person who sold my car to me recommended them...and they have maintained my car since then...i must say i am very happy with them. Their customer service is excellent, they are very honest and fair. They carefully explain what job needs to be done and why it needs to be done and they give you the choice to proceed with the job or not.
Now they may not be able to do everything for you but what they do, they do well and you just feel safe with them.

This is the shop I use for all my car repairs. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting room is big and has wifi and a tv making it easy to just to wait for a bit if my car isn't going to be in too long. I've always been very happy with the service and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Bunch of scam artists! Took my vehicle in do to over heating and after paying for diagnostics they told me it required head gaskets. I gave them authorization to do the repair after given a quote of almost $2000 that included getting the water pump and timing chain changed at the same time as they recommended. I picked my vehicle up after being in the shop for almost a week and everything was fine..... For about 6 weeks, took my vehicle on a long trip and it started to over heat identical to my original problem so we happened to be close to a TOYOTA dealership so I left it with them to figure out

Came in with check engine light and traction control light on, was informed the sensor needed to be changed. Work was performed, left and about 1 week and a half later the lights were back on. Brought it back to Adair and they said the entire computer board needs to be replaced. This was supposed to be fixed the first time I went in, they now quoted another $700+ dollars to replace. I have already paid them $500 plus the first and the same problem was back. They would not even discount or help even though I paid money and they never fixed it in the first place. This is criminal! Never again!

I have taken my vehicle into Adair for the same issue twice already and I still have the same issue. When I called in I left numerous messages for the owner and he never called me back. When I called in for the last time the guy who answered was very rude and unprofessional. He ended up hanging up on me. I have paid this shop on two different occasions to fix a very minor issue and they ding me for something that is NOT the issue. If I could rate them 0 starts I would! I will be taking the vehicle to someone who can finally get the issue resolved and know what they are doing.
