10/10 I am extremely pleased with the service I received for repairs to my Mercedes after I was recently rear-end in an accident. ️❤️❤️ Our 2020 GLE350 was stolen from our driveway (I left the keys in it). When it was recovered our insurance company wanted it taken to their approved body shop, but am I ever glad we insisted on taking it to MB Auto Works! They have been extremely professional through the whole process and even provided a courtesy car when our insurance for rental coverage ran out!! We picked up the car today and it was spotless, like new from the showroom. ❤️❤️❤️

After receiving my truck back 3+ weeks after dropping it off with some light body damage, im happy to say the repair was good.
However 2 days after picking up my truck i was left stranded downtown at 2:30am with a dead battery. Needless to say this was never an issue prior to dropping it off. I will assume the cells died while in MBAutoworks possession and they recharged without a thought to test the amps, or care if i was left stranded or not.
I guess it all could of been a coincidence, however basing it on the fact the truck was full of life going in, then dies 2 days after collection. i doubt

Luke and his team at MB Autoworks provided me with a customer experience like nothing I've experienced before. Their quality and craftsmanship is the best in the city hands down. Luke was personable and communication was on point. I was never in the dark through out the repair process and kept me up to date along every step of the way. It really made doing business with them extremely easy. they were upfront with all the costs and extremely transparent throughout the entire process.

I am actually a third-party business who did some follow up work for a mutual client. The client in question had some damage on his F350, which he then had the team over at MB Autoworks work their magic.
They did some body and paint work, and I was very impressed with the quality of work. What really impressed me was the professionalism and ease of communication with all their employees. This is one of the most professionally run and trustworthy Body Repair Shops I have come across in the City. I took my Mercedes in to MB Autoworks to be looked at as I had just had a bad repair done on it at another shop . Ed the Manager took me through every stage of the process and told me exactly what would be done , how long it would take etc he was so knowledgeable and helpful - such a nice guy .

Had an unfortunate incident where not 3 weeks after buying a new (to us) GLC300, someone broke the rear window in a busy parking lot. MB Autoworks was not only price competitive, but were able to get the parts ordered quicker and the repair completed faster than anyone else. Had the car back on the road ASAP and the workmanship and service was superb. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My Mercedes B250 got keyed by someone who didn't like that I parked in front of their house. My insurance appraiser suggested MB Autoworks because they are a certified Mercedes repair facility and why not go to the people who know the brand best. I'm glad that I took his advice. I was a little nervous because past experiences with body repair work were less than satisfactory (another body shop on a previous job subbed the paint-less dent removal to a 3rd party, who subsequently broke my inside hatch handle while the car was in their care - and they didn't take responsibility for

Honestly, before I let these people touch my car, I wish I checked on the reviews on various sites including Yelp. I am not one for complaining online, but this. This place got me to making my Yelp account active again after 3 years.

I wish there was a way to give Distinctive a 'zero' score but unfortunately 1 Star is as low as I can go. Suffice to say that 1 Star is waaay too generous. In a sense I suppose I'm just as grumpy that Hyatt Mercedes recommended this shop for some body work I needed after a fender bender but since this review is for Distinctive I'll refrain from slamming Hyatt here. Here are my problems:
