Customer service was very poor on the day we took our pet. We called from outside to ask a question, and both staff members where talking to each other and did not pick up the phone. Also, when one staff member told us to come in to assist with our pet for weight in, Another staff member rudely told us that we where not suppose to be in there. We did not appreciate the way we were treated and will be looking at other vet options.

Absolutely horrible customer service from the receptionist. I have NEVER in my life had a person interrupt me so many times while trying to speak to them. Completely turned me off. If the first person you encounter in a business is rude I can't even imagine the rest of the company. If I could give zero stars I would.

Dr. Dan is absolutely amazing!
We moved here about 8 years ago and we just so happened to stumble across Baldwin Animal Hospital with our two dogs that we moved with. Our one dog was a lot older, and Dr. Dan was so great with her! I now have a 5 year old dog that I have made plenty of visits to the vet with and I am never disappointed! I couldn't have asked for a better vet to take care of my girl! I'm so grateful for everything they have done for Stella in the 5 years of her life and I'll continue to use them with any future pups!

AMAZING STAFF. Our Kitty randomly turned violent with no explanation, chasing, stalking, biting, scratching, shrieking.. basically ran us out of our own home. Every other place we contacted were no help, didn’t properly inform us of the health departments rules for animal attacks, and told us they won’t see her. However, Dr. Dan saw her, made sure she was physically healthy, and gave us all the information we needed.
Unfortunately, there wasn’t anything we could do. Baldwin animal hospital gave her a clean, comfortable space to spend her last night and made a horribly tough situation a lot

Very friendly staff, vet is super friendly and she doesn't pressure you into anything you don't want. She is very informative, and knowledgeable and the whole staff make you feel like your part of a family with them right from the get-go! Prices are good. Overall I am super pleased and amazed with this animal hospital!

Dr. Dan and his team at Baldwin Animal hospital are the best. Last year our cat had a blockage and was in rough shape. After a visit to the Emergency animal clinic and a surgery to clear the blockage our cat Lionel was moved to Baldwin Animal Hospital and Dr. Dan went above and beyond to make sure that Lionel was taken care of. He made a recovery that we didn’t think would happen and he is now a healthy happy cat again. We can’t thank you enough for what you did!!
