In order to provide you with the best possible, high quality service, we continually update our equipment, our software tools, and our technicians with ongoing training. We keep a record of all of our vehicle invoices and we can provide our customers with a full vehicle repair history of our work. On the appt date, one of our techs will bring your car in for inspection to diagnose problems you brought to our attention.
At Precision NAPA Autopro in Calgary we offer a wide variety of professional auto repair services. Our experienced auto technicians have the know-how to fix a wide range of vehicle issues such as wheel alignment, brake repair, steering/suspension, transmission service, engine repair, emergency repairs, most any fix your vehicle may need.
Your suspension is the system that connects your wheels to your vehicle, controls your handling and delivers a good ride as you cruise around Calgary. Your suspension is critical for proper steering, stopping and stability. Alberta roads are rough on vehicles - every time you hit a pothole, a bump or an object in the road, your suspension system has to absorb the impact and maintain control.
With disc brakes, brake pads rub on a disc - or rotor - to slow the wheels. The brake pads are attached to a caliper that squeezes the pads against the rotor. It's kind of like how squeezing the handbrake on a bicycle pushes the brake pads against the wheel of the bike. Pads just wear away with use - kind of like a pencil eraser wears out.
At Precision Alignment and Brake we can determine if a vehicle requires transmission repairs. We can diagnose when a transmission is failing, but we send vehicles to an expert transmission shop when they require internal transmission repairs. We can remove a failed transmission and install a new, rebuilt or used transmission if our customer so chooses.

My name is Muhammad I’ve been to this shop like 3 times or so for various reasons one of them being for an alignment for my car, the first time I went their it was get my rear breaks done, the most recent one was being for replacement of my thermostat. Every time I go here I’m so pleased with zac he is a very outgoing person he will talk to you if you’re a talkative person and he makes interactions with you if you’re waiting on your car so you don’t get bored.

Zac is extremely professional and honest. His team is absolutely amazing. I had a problem with my driver side rear tire making noise and him and his team within a few hours figure it out, and the mechanic who fixed the car couldn't figure it out at all. Precision Auto will be my to go place from now on for all my vehicle needs. And I would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10.... Thank you for helping me out with all my vehicle maintenance. 👍👍

Professional and honest place. Came in for an alignment and the entire process from setting up the appointment to getting the alignment done was seemless. Zack at the front desk was super transparent and allowed me to go into the shop and view my car while it was getting serviced. Definitely recommend!
