I have visited this place a few days ago and very happy from start till the end. The staff are very knowledgable and super friendly. I went there to receive a service from Desiree and she was incredible!! She is just amazing! She has explained everything properly and followed up via email which shows her professionalism. I have had two rounds of Dysport injected by Desiree. This was the first time I’ve ever had injectables done. Desiree was professional and listened to what my concerns were and we discussed what would be best to achieve what I wanted - I still wanted movement in my face. She walked me through the post-procedure care and was available by email if I had any questions afterwards. I went for a follow-up two weeks later, and had a little tweak and I have been super happy with my results! I went back about 4 months later for a touch up and can’t get over how subtle the results are. My appointments

My experience at Spamedica has been a pleasant one. I’m currently seeing Desirée for Morpheus 8 treatments. After my first treatment, my body didn’t respond well to the laughing gas. Desirée ensured that I was looked after and took me to a room where I could rest, ensured I had water, a snack and checked on me when she could between seeing another patient. She went above and beyond by calling me to ensure I arrived home safely as I drove myself that day and it was a two hour drive for me. I had two bad procedures, mircoblading tattoo removal and the worst one was the Morpheus treatment. The lady who did my tattoo removal took a section of my actual eyebrow off and because of the Morpheus treatment, I now have indents (divot) in my cheek which is clearly fat loss. That's the risk of chasing beauty, you actually can do more wrong. They also did botox less than 24 hrs before the Morpheus which I later found out no other clinics do (they safely wait 2 weeks) because the botox can move to where you don't want it.

I’ve been coming to SpaMedica since January 2019 for botox injections. The facility is very clean, and even more so with COVID-19 adjustments. The staff at SpaMedica are always very professional, kind, as well as punctual. It's easy to book an appointment at SpaMedica via email as they have flexible availability and always respond in a timely manner. I've been booking my appointments with nurse Desiree, who was there at my initial consultation appointment. She's always been very nice, honest and personable, which is another reason that I love coming to SpaMedica!

I recently had fillers done by Desiree. It was my first time and I was scared but Desiree did a great job. No pain at all, she is definitely an experienced injector. I got the results I wanted! I bruised a little bit (I bruised very easily and have sensitive skin) and Desiree has been following up everyday even during the weekend! She is very caring and professional. Highly recommend :).
I'm also doing Morpheus8 with Cory and love the results so far!

Their booking process is terrible. I've been a client for over 12 years and I still cannot just call and make an appointment for botox. I call reception, then they say a client care rep will call me back. She calls back in a day or two and leaves a message. Then I call her back. Then I email, then she emails me a time/date that doesn't work, then I email her back and don't get a reply ever again.
All just to book a botox appointment; a service I have had with them a zillion times. This is ridiculous. EVERY OTHER PROVIDER has online booking, and here I can't even call reception

So this place is like a futuristic spaceship haha. I LOVED Dr. Mullholland. He actually sits with you for a long time and talks - gets to know about your life and your personality before he recommends procedures. I actually was shocked he did not push anything, actually recommending something less costly than what I wanted originally. In the end, I couldn't afford to do the procedures and decided to wait a few years until the need was greater. The price to see the doctor is a lot more than most doctors in the city (which is why I deducted a star) and the procedures cost a little more as well

Went to the clinic at 2 today. Surprised it's one of the few clinics that actually attend to their patients at the designated time. Thank God.

I'm not sure if SpaMedica underwent new management. I've heard that they have, but I rarely have any trouble with them keeping appointments or them starting on time. I had one time where my appointment was 15 minutes late but they were apologetic. But I do have problems rebooking them if I cancel which is fair enough. One time, I had to rebook because of MY scheduling issues and wasn't able to rebook until one month later.
The staff is nice - nothing special, but definitely not rude. The place is clean. I bought a package of treatments there so I've been back at least 5 times

I should have listened to the poor reviews. I made an appointment for a consultation and, as advised in my confirmation email, I printed and filled out the forms beforehand. I showed up on time and proceeded to sit and wait almost 30 mins before finally getting up and leaving. This particularly irked me as this clinic has a cancellation policy that charges the client for appointments if not cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. After leaving I received a call from Claudia who, in the same breath, vaguely apologized but then in an indignant tone spoke over me and justified the wait.
