My original experience here was really good and I had the highest review for them have now deleted it.
Unfortunately I was so disappointed in the lack of respect for others well being and the price gouge this time around.
Had to ask Jamie to put a mask on when getting into my truck to change my oil.., what planet are you guys living on over there?.
Isn't this a simple but standard practice by now.
All three men in the small little room
where you sit to wait and pay we're all non masked.
All of the workers were non-masked.
The excuses Jamie gave were lies, I watched every single one of you

Honest, thorough service. They've made casual comments whilst i was getting gas which have saved hundreds of dollars. They notice every detail.
i had a problem i attributed to a faulty wiper fluid pump or poorly-aimed nozzle. Multiple garages had blown off the issue. They pointed out the problem; it was visible. A quick booking in and a five minute repair, my only under $20 auto repair.
Always good prices for gas and one of the few full-service stations left. They've earned my loyalty.

DO NOT GO HERE. I've taken my car here in the past and got it fixed, mind you i've been here 3 times and have never talked to Rob without getting attitude. Took my car in to be safetied and repaired I said "i know it needs work it needs rear wiper motor, e brake, this and this". They got through the saftey and quoted me "$5000 to fix it all, you'd… be better off selling it on Kijiji for $500". I was fully willing to pay to fix it but when i called back and asked for a cost breakdown just so I could understand my total I was told "well i didn't give you an estimate because we'd need to run

I been looking for garage to take my vehicle. I was at another place about a month ago and asked them to check my transmission fluid as I don't have a dip stick. They told me it was good. Then I come here and they said it was down about a court. I was very happy I took my vehicle here because I thought I got one thing lifted off my plate at another garage which, I didn't but did here. The guy was really nice and explained everything he did to me so I understood. Thank you very much guys I feel even better now that I know that my transmission fluid is topped up and know the status of it, thank you

I was charged 3x my quote. I called about a tire repair, i told them it was the seal and was quoted $25. Decided to go there even though my regular place only charges $20 for the convince they where closer and could get me in with in 30min. Was there for over an hour, stayed the entire. Wants my vehicle was ready a went to pay and was shocked when my total came to just say of $75. They informed me that fixing a seal was $35 (ok thats not what i was told and i wouldn't have brought my vehicle here if that was the original quote) where is the other $40 add on coming from.... (if i could leave 0 stars i would) left car there for safety at 1 said it would take about an hour and a half . 3:30 comes around called and they still hadn't touched it 5 comes around called and they still hadn't touched it said "don't worry it will be the next car in" 7:45 show up to the shop nobodies there but the pump worker and car was never touched would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. wasted the whole day waiting for it meanwhile could've taken this to any other shop in London had it done in 30 mins and for half the price since they try to charge $160+ for safety when pretty

Great staff, super friendly and costumer orientated. When we brought the car in we didn’t quite think in advance and didn’t have a ride back to our place so we were stuck waiting outside with our toddler (due to covid restrictions we couldn’t wait inside). They noticed this and brought in an extra worker in order to have the certification done at a faster rate!! It was greatly appreciated and we are super thankful for your help!

I took my car in to check what was wrong with it. Turns out I just needed a small part. The part was suppose to take 3 days to come in.. It took a little more than a week. When I went to get the part put in.. it took the man less than 5 minutes and he charged me $20 plus tax. He charged me a rate of 20mins/1hr - $99/1hr.. when it was clearly 2minutes. He told me it was 10mins was for the earlier date when I had brought my car in to ASK what was wrong with it..
