I've been to Hanh a few times pre-pandanemic and this was my 2nd visit since re-opening. The hot stone massage I had was good and relaxing. What surprised me was they didn't have me (or my friend for that matter) fill out any survey to get a sense of our medical/physical history or mention any particular areas of concern before the treatment. O found it very unprofessional.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible manicure service. My cuticles were not cut properly, there are even some areas are my skin is peeling. The nail shaping looks like a child did it. I had to ask for the nail file and shape it myself, because she wanted to start painting with the way they were. She buffed my nails down so much, didnt ask me to wash it off or wipe it off. She painted my nails and it was so spotty with nail dust. She asked another person to see if my nails are dry and the person was okay with the results of the manicure! The paint job was horrendous. Booked a hot stone deep tissue massage for my birthday. Confirmed and was looking forward to it and was told upon arrival to my appointment that my RMT could not do hot stone I would need to see another. Would have been nice be told that when booking. Settled for the deep tissue but was very pleased. Arveen did a great job with the deep tissue felt very relaxed. Great job overall, will return for my hot stone.

It wasn't the worst experience, but not great overall. The hairdresser did not do what I asked which is a deal breaker for me. I wouldn't recommend going here based on that, plus it wasn't very clean and the staff were unprofessional while speaking with each other.

Over due pampering, wanted to go latest time in the evening, so came across this place, it was open until 12am!
If you are ever in a jam, need a place to get nails done, hair done, you name it, they do it. Quality of service may be questionable but the service is rendered! With a smile and great conversation. Plus a language lesson for free!
Met some wonderful ladies, with some exceptional stories, and had fun getting my nails done at 11:30pm!
The plaza this place is in, was lit up like a Christmas tree, there were lights and cars everywhere, definitely did not feel it was super late out!

The Laser Technician Upinder, does a professional job, makes you feel calm and relaxed and explains the process and procedure clearly if needed. She's thorough and does her job efficiently.
The receptionist Jonathan, pleasantly greets and books appointments with ease, whether you call in or walk-in to Hahn's Wellness.
Also the Technician Sonia, does threading well and listens to the clients preferences on length and thickness of the eyebrow shape.

I walked in and the place looked a bit all over the place but I really wanted to get my nails done that day so I didn't think so much about how cluttered everything looked. No one acknowledged my presence for awhile. The receptionist was on the phone and it didn't sound like a "work" phone call if you know what I mean. Horrible horrible horrible and they ruined my hair! I came in recently and saw Flora. I showed her a picture of belayage hair style (brown to blonde) and asked if she could make my hair the same colour she said yes and that she was the "the master of colour" so I trusted her. I ended up with bright orange hair! I was so upset and she began making excuses that she tried her best and that's the lightest my hair would go. Every time I've visited this salon (all 4 times) someone is at the front desk complaining to Hanh about the poor service they've received.
1-I took my sister to get a mani/pedi
-chairs are extremely uncomfortable
-lady doing her pedicure was very rude and pretended not to know English when my sister respectfully asked her to stop being so aggressive (lady wanted to go on break but no one was able to cover for her so she was unhappy and decided to take it out on her customer).

I will not recommend this place. 3 days ago i went for haircut and manicure with shellac nails. My nail colors (shellac) got chipped off the very next day. I don't know which kind of shellac she did. She said it will stay 2-3 weeks but the next day my nail colors got chipped off. first time i did this here and very bad experience. They charged $30 for this.!! Not impressed.

This place opens late. Like midnight late. That would be the only pro about this place for shiftworkers like me.
Now on to the cons.
I was brought in 30 minutes late. No biggie.
I booked for an eyelash perm.
When the lady was done, no perm.
My lashes looked exactly the same. She tried to convince me there was a difference but there wasn't. Then she said my lashes were "too straight." Well, why else would I want a perm?
To make matters worse, they over charged me. Their website advertised $20 and they charged me $35. Talk about false advertising.
I paid for a service I didn

Beware when youre getting your hair coloured esp if youre getting balayage. The one who did mine thought he could do it but ended up not knowing how so I didnt get balayage. Hanh wanted me to pay full price but I said no. I gave them what I thought they should charge me and walked out. I will never get my hair done here again. Im sure they know who I am because I cried and they saw wrath in my eyes.

This place is the true definition of a hidden gem. If you have ever visited this complex (located where giggling tomatoes, rose, something sweet 4 u and pho mi 99 is) you probably drove right by it. It looks small from the outside but good things come in small packages. They offer a wide variety of services but I come specifically for the facials and massages. My first appointment was with Upinder and now I look forward to seeing her every month. She brings my skin back to life, heals my aching muscles and we talk about everything. The prices are extremely reasonable, the service is professional
