Not at all happy with the service. My wife had 4 sittings with them for laser for her chin n cheeks till October 2020. The results were poor. Then, the lockdown happened and they shut down. But after that, there was no follow-up for the next set of appointments once the lockdown was lifted. Extremely unprofessional.

Brampton location -Wrong information shared on email. There was long chain of communication no body bothered to correct mistake from spa team. They were more keen and focusing on taking my payment details. When reaching in person they changed their price of package suddenly blaming on typo. How can someone type wrong price for a package to a new customer Too disappointed with communication and service.

My mom and I booked separate services but at the same time. When i got there on time, I was told they must have booked it wrong as there wasn't enough time for me to do both the facials I wanted- even though I was quoted the price for both. So I didn't get anything done. My mom was told at booking that it was not advisable for her to get two back-to-back Facials, however, after her first one, the lady working on her was trying to urge her to get the second one. We both would have gotten two facials each if the woman who booked us got it right.

She is always promptly on time, has such a warm welcoming energy, and shows genuine concern for your well being. Technicians are well trained and professional as is the facility which is clean and well equipped. High end products are also used and facials are customized with care and using appropriate products and techniques. I don't think I have been to a spa in the GTA that is this thorough in their services Went in to get my brows done and the lady doing them took good 20 mins getting them right - she used hard wax first, then threaded for a sharper shape, plucked and trimmed to perfection. I am in love with my brows, can you tell?
