Nothing against the way they do hair, Diane has done my hair over the years and has always done a good job. In terms of customer service, SUPER disappointed today. Called to see if Diane could fit me in her schedule today, the man who answered the phone said “we will have her call you as soon as she gets in at 11”. She didn’t call. So i called back and asked again if she could squeeze me in and the woman who answered said that she’s fully booked (why couldnt the first guy tell me that rather than wasting my time). She said that she would put me on hold to check if Diane might have room

I usually don't write reviews, but I couldn't pass on this one.
I used to have short hair for a long time then l let it grow long for three years and I always managed my hair in a pony tail until yesterday that I got fortunate enough to have Dominic cut and colour my hair . He is very professional and I am more than pleased with the result.
Dominic's work made me feel so confident in my look that I let down my hair for the first time in three years.
I am very happy that l finally found my go-to hair stylist here.
I wish Dominic and his wonderful team continued success!

I absolutely love this place! Today was my first visit and now it will be my permanent place for my all of my hair needs. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Christina did an excellent job on my hair. I went for a root touch up and she was very thorough and efficient. My hair was shining after the blowout and flat iron. Such a hidden gem in brampton. Very affordable and reasonably priced. I absolutely loved how healthy my hair looked afterwards. Jacqueline is amazing as well- God gifted talent, she did a head massage on me and pure relaxation. The owner of the salon is also very friendly and hardworking

I got my hair done by Sheila a few times. First time was good. Second time she ruined my hair. She got distracted by a bridal party consult while I was under the dryer and said "sorry I forgot about you!". I was supposed to have same thing I had done the first time ( red and blonde highlights) she rushed me so much that the red bled into the blonde and made my hair pink!!!! She then proceeded to tell me the pink would wash out eventually..,. Are you kidding me??? Of course it didn't! My hair felt so unhealthy afterwards to! Probably because I was fried.....needless to say never went
