I have known Monika for many years. I have never done business with her, but my family has.
This past summer she managed to sell my nieces condo for a big profit. They then were looking for their dream house. They found out in less than a week. This is professionalism at its finest. My niece and her fiancé bought there first house in Victoria. To find a good house at a reasonable price in Victoria Is definitely a great accomplishment in this market today. When I am ready to sell my house I will ask Monika to list it.

Although I haven’t worked with Monika Holst as my realtor. I have been working with Monika in the gym as her trainer.
