Services
Dr. Laina Knorr graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. She completed a BSc at the University of Lethbridge in Biochemistry, followed by an MSc at the University of Calgary in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Dr. Laina then worked in Molecular Diagnostics for a few years before heading to vet school.
Rabbits are allowed to eat right up until they come in. Please bring fresh leafy vegetables and fresh fruit for after surgery (no pellets or hay). My pet is coughing, is that normal? Yes, a mild dry cough can occur from the endotracheal tube. If there are any breathing abnormalities or your pet appears to be in distress please call us immediately.

This veterinarian was recommended to us and thought we would give it a shot. We won't be going anywhere else now. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are wonderful. Very transparent with their services in a timely fashion.
Crazy thing is we've never met the veterinarian, but trust them.
They've taken amazing care of both our cat Mako and our puppy Penny.

Took my cat here to get spayed and it was excellent. The staff was friendly and informative, I got a reminder call and instructions a few days before. Check in was clear and easy, you don't go in to the clinic with covid protocols, and pick up was the same. The surgery itself seemed to go great, the incision was small and clean, and it healed perfectly. Quinn seemed unbothered by the procedure and was back to her quirky self almost immediately. I appreciate the affordability and the microchipping, highly recommend!

As a previous VOA, I have had experiences with quite a few vet clinics (some good, some awful). The staff at this clinic exceeded my expectations. My mom was ready to put down her 18 year old cat, but everyone we called was quoting prices which she could not afford at this time. She explained the situation to the staff at this clinic and they were very sympathetic and accommodating to her. We had the most amazing experience with this clinic for our pups spay.
We had two additional issues on spay day (eye discharge & throat obstruction that happened a day before her appointment) and Dr Maddie called us to explain that she had done an eye exam and checked out her throat. She was thorough, professional and compassionate. We were blown away she would go above and beyond what we were there for.
The staff was so kind to Maple both before and after.
Will be coming back to this clinic, thank you!

It’s with tears of gratitude that I write this review for this clinic. What an amazing place.
We are going through very rough times, economically, and couldn’t afford an essential surgery for our dog. This clinic quoted much lower than others and went above and beyond when it came to aftercare and follow-up.

I had my two young male rabbits neutered. Compared to other exotic vets, the price was by far the best. I was worried about my boys because bunnies can be so easily stressed, but by 2 days after the procedure my boys were back to themselves and only just a little mad at me. I feel that the neuter has already really improved the quality of their lives and our interactions. Thank you for taking such great care of my pets for a price I could afford! I'm so grateful. They were also very helpful in our initial correspondence answering my many questions about the procedure and why it was necessary. So

I had an amazing experience taking my two cats in to get spayed here. I am from out of town but the vet around here wanted 1450 for the two spays. It cost less than half that here and included all their vaccines and microchip.
I never met the vet but the staff I did meet were very professional and exuded competence. I did not feel nervous handing them my cats. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I was late today for their booster shots because Pumkpin was not a fan of the cage this time. They still helped us and I thought that was very nice of them.
The girls had a smooth recovery and are happy
