I have been a client and frequent customer of Nabi Spa for over 8 years and I love it there ! The treatments are the best and I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. YeuYoung is very caring, kind, knowledgeable and provides expert and excellent service for facials, massages, pedicures, manicures etc. I would highly recommend Nabi Spa to anyone looking for a these treatments.

Had an amazing experience, I got gifted a spa treatment and honestly didn't know what I was in for. The place was very welcoming, clean and relaxing. Youyoung was very gentle and very informative with every step and I have learned a lot about taking care of my skin. Would highly recommend :)

I had an okay experience. The streetcar and traffic outside is very distracting and makes it hard to relax, especially with all the windows. I understood why the windows were open because it was very warm inside the spa.
Seems to be a disconnect between management and staff. My technician was left alone so she kept having to stop in order to answer the telephone which really didn't make for a relaxing nor personal experience (not her fault, as she was asked by the management who left).
This is more of a nail salon than a spa. Won't be heading back anytime soon

3 stars strictly for the manicure. For the amount I paid ($35 for shellac) I expected a better quality paint job than the one I received. The nail tech was perfectly gentle and nice, however, the polish coverage was uneven. She applied either too much shellac, so it spread past my nail bed onto the skin, or entirely missed parts of my nail bed and there are patches on my nail without any nail polish :|
Honestly quite disappointing since I had high hopes for this place - the tone and mood of the spa is lovely, I just wished the quality of the manicure matched how much care is put into the setting

Youyoung at Nabi has cleared up my skin! I get regular facials here, but the home care regime she prescribed is amazing, and not super expensive. The Nelly Devust skin care line for home did miracles for my acne as well as the super green supplement and probiotics for my eczema. The staff at Nabi are so nice and caring and have excellent technique. I’ve tried a lot of skin care places in Toronto to clear up my adult acne and this is hands down the best place! Thank you Youyoung!

I go here on a regular basis for Brazilian waxes, and it seems as it's gotten more popular they've hired more people. Youyoung (the owner) is the only one who works there that can do a proper wax. Everyone else I've had has done a terrible job and it's been really disappointing. I don't want to find another business to go to because the owner is really great, but if I can't get an appointment with her anymore, I'm not going to go.
