i went there to change engine oil, from that time onwards engine has a knocking problem, not going there for further
honest people are working there for sure, repairs still left on my car lets see how that thing will go.. will rate 4 or 5 according to that.. however all in all for basic car service you can go there

Got here at 8:33 they said 30-40 mins before I get seen, after 30 mins they take my car in then all just go sit on the side, I’ve been waiting longer for them to start working than waiting to get in at all, it’s a simple 1 tire change off the rim only a 10 min job at most, very disappointed vs my times that I’ve come previous, now at 10:03 and my car finally is getting looked at, sat in the shop almost an hour , where did the employees go in all this time none of the cars were getting worked on, and it’s 10:11 and they finished, also not re packing my tires just leaving on floor very very

I called in on Nov. 15th, 2021 at 10:04PM and SPECIFICALLY asked if they have the oil filter for a 2015 Mini Cooper, and they said yes. I drove in all the way from Kitchener for this service because of the convenient hours. But when I arrived for my oil change appointment at 2:30AM, the guy at the front tells me that they DON'T have the filter for my car!! I DROVE OVER AN HOUR FOR GARBAGE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CARELESS PEOPLE!

So they fixed my sensor but they did nothing about my tires they chewed up…….Went to get tires changed broke one of my sensors. Tried to State it was broken before I got there not. I then called to tell them that they didn’t tighten the screws to my caps. Chewed up the tires they took off my rims and Scratched all my custom Rims.. I would not Recommend this place....place for anything.

Worst service ever!! I went here week before because my steering wheel was making noise. I told them about this and the mechanics didn’t even make any effort to look at it. At that time the sound was not coming and the guys told me to come back later when it will make any sound again. I just want to say “ What’s your job then?” . A real mechanic diagnosis a problem with a cool mind. Then I went to a another mechanic, he told me that there was a problem with a ball socket and the issue was cleared. You guys should change your job if you can’t help people.

I would not recommend this place ever. They did a terrible job on my brakes which has caused damages on my caliper. They used a substitute bolt and several washers for the caliper bracket because the bolt was too long. They used different threads. I had to buy a brand new caliper. Furthermore, they don't do any diagnostic of your vehicle nor checkups. Also I called for a safety inspection and after driving for 45-50 min come to find out the specialist for safety was not there. Second time I went to get the tire installed due to emergency on sunday otherwise would have never went since they already scratched all my rims on brand new wrx. Went today again to get one tire replaced because they are open on sunday. Had to wait for over 1 hour. The guy took of the wheel and started working on other car. The rim pictures are attached. Burnt rubber, pits in them like they hit with hammer or something. Never going back again there.

Went there to have my front right tire changed as it had popped. Man working there ignored my friend and I and was talking to his friends for at least half an hour. Finally get his attention and tell him we popped a tire and he says okay and asks us to drive it into the shop. While we’re driving it he stops us and says “yeah your tires popped.”… ..thanks. Was taking longer than we thought it would but it got done and we were on our way home. Afterwards, my car was making awful noises and vibrating and I figured they didn’t balance the tires so I made an appointment

Thanks for bailing us out of a crummy situation - showed up at 4:30pm from Park n Fly after a great vacation with a busted alternator. My car wouldn’t start and this bunch of mechanics fixed my car and had us on the road to home before our vacation was officially over! Do not take your car here. Mine broke down on the 401 on Thursday had it towed here for convenience of being 24/7 since I was from out of town and wouldn't be able to get back until Sunday (which it told them at 5pm I needed it done). This gave them almost 4 days to fix my alternator. I called Sunday morning to make sure it was done to arrange for my ride to the response of "ok we will bring your car in now". At 5pm I called again (they don't call you back here) and they told me it needed an alternator (which they diagnosed Thursday) and that they ant get one until Monday.

My dad started going to this place 15 years ago and now my brother and I go there. Very honest person Paramjit. He drives the car himself for analysis and doesn't charge for it. If something can go on to max he ll advice for that. Prices are reasonable aswell. No conning so you have to keep coming back. Also does safety and emission testing.
