Since 2012, Dr. Khosrotehrani has attended numerous continuing education courses in cosmetic dentistry and periodontal surgery including Dermal ARC gum graft surgery to treat gum recessions and Dental Implant fellowship courses of New York University offered by Dental XP. Invisalign is a system which utilizes a sequence of removable clear aligners to reposition the teeth and straighten them. This invisible braces system has become extremely popular amongst Teenagers and Adults over the recent years. It indeed is the clear alternative to braces. The Invisalign treatment aligners are very comfortable to wear and are soft against the sensitive gums and cheeks.
A Dental implant is essentially a small titanium post that acts as a replacement for the root of the missing tooth. In effect, the implant becomes the root of a new tooth. The new visible tooth portion that is placed on top of the implant is called the implant restoration. In the case of a single missing tooth, the implant restoration will be a single crown.

I am so glad to be recommended to O2 Dental. I went there yesterday for the first time. The personnel were quite friendly and helpful. Dr. Afrand is a very knowledgeable dentist. They are the best team I have ever met. They were helping me with a root canal and I did not have any pain at all, I am so happy to finally feel relief. They take the time to explain to you everything you need to know before starting the procedures. Joanna will try her best to be in contact with the insurance and if there is something you have to pay they have a lot of payment methods and even instalments ( that is very weird to find)

This was the nicest experience I've ever had in a dental office. I felt relaxed and welcomed. Everything was explained to me and costs were also discussed before anything was done. I have never had such a thorough dental examination, including photographing my teeth so that the dentist could easily show me on the computer screen what he was talking about. Dr. Tehrani did the cleaning himself and his assistants Sandrine and Kelly did the X-rays, photos and polishing. Joana is the friendliest dental receptionist I've ever met. I am so pleased to have chosen O2 as my new dental provider.

I have been seeing Dr. Tehrani and the O2 Dental team for over a year now and I would highly recommend to anyone! I had my first visit with them today. Being new to the area, I was nervous about selecting a dentist. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire office staff. I'm not a big fan. After the dentist assessed me, the assistant came in to do procedures without anyone fully explaining what was happening. They were insisting that I have a "preventative" filling to an area of my tooth that was at risk of having a cavity form. I ended up having it filled, but they drilled a hole that was too big and the filling they put in did not adequately fill the hole they drilled. As a result, I had a huge crevice that trapped food. I asked them to fix it a couple of weeks afterwards and they refused. Months afterwards, I started having major problems with
