Hair Dynamic

I am desperate for a new hair dresser in the city so thought I would give this place a try, huge mistake. The owner is very friendly and seemingly knew her stuff when I described what I wanted, so I was confident it would be good. I wanted highlights and a bob. Very simple. I brought in photos of what I wanted and I have had similar styles and colours from other places (unfortunately closed) so it was not like I was asking for anything odd or difficult. What I got was uneven streaks and horrible layers. I had to tell her where the layers needed to be blended in more. From what I gave her as reference

The owner, Georgette, is the not only great with cuts, she's incredibly busy talented with colour as well. Her prices are also the best in Ottawa. I love her!

Georgette was my hair stylist for most of my life when I lived in Ottawa. I also lived in Toronto for 10 years and tried to co-ordinate my hair appointments to when I came home for a visit. She is very talented and would highly recommend her. Alas, I just live way too far to go to her anymore.

Had a great experience! My hair dresser was Olivia. She did exactly what I asked, and I ended up with the perfect subtle balayage. I even got a cookie!!

Worst hair cut ever. The first time the teacher came and monitored the work. the second time the haircutter quickly cut my hair in 10 minutes and did a sloppy job. Shame for such a disgusting team. Will never ever come back again.

I decided to check out Hair Dynamic based on recommendations from two friends. I will most definitely be returning.

My stylist was Olivia, who I think is a junior stylist, but I felt like I was in good hands. A more senior stylist jumped in from time to time to make sure everything was on the right track.

I didn't feel rushed throughout the process, and I really appreciated that she took her time to make sure I was happy with the cut.

Had a wonderful experience today. My stylist Stephanie was so fun and did a perfect job. The owner also was wonderful with so much experience. And both made sure I left with a perfect cut. Gave me a perfect day smile!

Great service. My stylist was friendly and listened while still giving her opinion. I was impressed with the quality of work.

The only downside was the owner, Georgette, constantly budding in and making suggestions when she wasn't busy with her clients. Your stylist knows what she's doing, no need to micro-manage her.

Georgette has been cutting my hair for more than 30 years. 'nough said!

LOVE Hair Dynamic! Just discovered this cute little spot a couple months ago, and it was the best haircut I've had in a long time, if forever! Just left there today for a second time, loving my new style! Too many places in the city are over-priced and impersonable. The staff here are friendly, down to earth and actually listen to what you want done. The prices are resonable as well. Couldn't ask for better! I will not be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!
