I own a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a CRD 3.0 Diesel engine. I had been having issues starting the engine with the vehicle cranking but not firing. I had been to Chrysler who had told me that I needed to fix the fuel solenoid, fuel pump and fuel rail. I went and fixed the solenoid and pump by myself which did nothing to improve the vehicle. I went back to Chrysler who basically told me that because I didn't pay them $4100 to fix the vehicle they couldn't be held accountable. Kind of a joke in my mind as I had used a reputable mechanic and Mopar parts.

Richard is excellent! Responded in person to breakdown location very quickly and had me back on the road with a mounted replacement tire in minutes! Great customer service, catches problems the other shop missed despite me telling them at multiple oil changes. Richard fixed it right the very first time! I highly recommend Canadian Import Auto!

These guys are good mechanics and know what they're doing. Richard himself does a thorough job, is very experienced and knowledgeable about vehicle repair, and won't BS you. He follows up with you after major repairs to make sure your vehicle is running as it should. Prices are fair, but the only drawback to their shop is their short hours of operation/extended holidays.

My family and I have been going to Richard for years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. I purchased an almost new Honda civic with him two years ago and its never given me a single problem.
