Lighthouse Counselling Center is a place where individuals can receive guidance and direction during the storms of life. Lighthouse was established in 1992 and provides a broad range of counselling services to individuals, couples, families and groups. Our goal is to promote emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual wellness.
Individual, Family and Group rates are available. Our Counsellor, Suzanne Sovdi, is accepting, ready to listen and offer sound solutions. She comes with a wealth of life experiences and has gained valuable insights through helping others. She is member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Services
Lighthouse Counselling Center is a place where individuals can receive guidance and direction during the storms of life. Lighthouse was established in 1992 and provides a broad range of counselling services to individuals, couples, families and groups. Our goal is to promote emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual wellness.
You and I will identify goals for counseling, discuss the length of your counseling and evaluate your progress. You may discontinue counseling at any time. However, I do require that you consult with me before terminating your sessions. Also, I encourage you to bring up any concerns or complaints you may have regarding any part of your counseling and progress.
