Just starting what could be a process of getting my car back in shape but cannot say enough about the personalized service. It is a great feeling to be greeted with a smile and called by name whenever you walk in. These guys really care. Very reliable mechanical shop, friendly staff, and trustworthy service that you can count on.

My alternator decided to die blocks away from home. Every shop I called was booking 3 weeks out, and I was starting to panic - that's a long time without a car! Then I called Westwood Auto Tec and spoke with Chris....he said he'd be able to look at it the next day or the day after, which sounded great to me! I managed to get the car there after someone charged the battery for me. The next morning I had a report on my car, and a quote for repairs sent to me via text. I gave the go-ahead and was advised they would try to have it done by the end of the next day. My car was ready well before closing

Been sending my mom here for years under previous ownership (Harvey and Gary). Shop is now under new ownership. My mom went for a simple oil change recently. Then was told she needed new front brake pads and rotors to the tune of $650 😳. My mom said she'd consult me, then make a decision (as she is elderly and knows nothing about vehicle maintenance). I put my mom's winter tires on today and checked her front brake pad thickness while her wheels were off. There was lots of front brake pad left on both sides. Not even close to the low wear indicators. I'm very disappointed in dishonest upselling

I took my car in twice for different issues recently. The first time was a simple block heater plug replacement that only took 45 mins.
The second time was to replace a wheel bearing. While this work was more complex and took longer, the owner was committed to doing it right. They didn't charge us for extra labour when the first part from the supplier turned out to be bad. We appreciated their honesty and dedication to their customers.

I Bought My Van through this Business and as they had done maintenance on it since the get go, I figured I would continue with them and they have not disappointed. They repaired what needed to be done and for reasonable price. I know they look after the Van as well as they had in the past. Though, very busy, still complete the work.
