A few years later, we moved from that small, renovated house to a brand new purpose-built facility which we occupy now. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. My Pekingese had a skin condition, and instead of having me spend all my money on expensive tests, they came up with a logical and cost effective plan to diagnose by elimination. Luckily, it was the first (and cheapest) solution that worked.
I've been to many vets all around Ottawa, and they are probably the best so far.

I decided to consult St. Laurent Animal Hospital to get my bunny Ava spayed. I was a little worried about the procedure (as any bun mom would be!) but they were responsive, understanding and helpful from the beginning until the very end. When I dropped her off, they explained everything and made me feel better and less stressed about the surgery. After she was ready, they called me to let me know how it went and the doctor explained everything in detail. The next morning, Ava wasn't feeling good and they asked me to come in right away. They gave her extra medication and took really good care of

Everyone at St. Laurent Animal Hospital is so incredibly professional, kind, caring, compassionate, and helpful; I honestly can't say enough good things about this veterinary hospital. I've had nothing but good experiences here and they take such amazing care of my furbaby kitty every single time. The fees are also very reasonable and they truly do have your fur babies' best interests in mind always.

The compassion shown to our 2 bunnies, Sloan and Shepherd, was very heartwarming. I sometimes believe I am a freak when it comes to standards for how our bunnies should be treated, and the staff here surpassed those standards by a mile. Today was our first visit, and I'm looking forward to making ST-LAH our go-to for our rabbits' needs.
I felt genuine empathy in regards to our unfortunate situation, and I am very grateful for the time the crew invested into our boys. Much love. Thank you.
