Guy came out to look at my needed repair, said boss would get back to me. I have left 5 phone calls to an answering machine requesting someone get back to me over a 2 week period. Absolutely no luck. 3 years ago I asked them to close the tub for winterizing and I had to call them 5 times again to remind them of the pending appointment which they never gave me a firm date to come. Really? figure it out for yourself!

We had a sensor fail on our hot tub just outside the warranty period. My first communication with Al was late on a Thursday afternoon. He gave me directions what to check to confirm we needed service, asked for all the key info from the hot tub and reached out to the manufacturer. We traded emails into the evening and Mike the technician was at our place by 9am Friday morning to fix our problem free of charge. I don't think you could ask for better service than that. Thanks a lot Al & Mike.

Showed up at our house and refused to go under the floor to service our hot tub (despite having been at our house before and seeing what the set up was, and despite us doing EXACTLY what he suggested that we do so he could access the tub). Tech was extremely rude to us during the visit as well. Will never use again and do NOT recommend.

Thank you so much AquaServ and team! You have been so great with our weekly maintenance program. We don't know a lot about our hot tub and your tech team has been great with explaining how things work. Your Service Coordinator Bev has also been so wonderful to deal with, she's been able to explain some issues over the phone and we were able to get things working again, without have a service call put in. You guys are awesome!

Poor customer service it took 3 weeks of calling to get someone to come out and take my pump out 2 weeks to get a hold of someone to find put my pump could not be fixed and was quoted with 3 different prices for a refurbished pump then finally get it installed said will pay next day was told i would get an email bill got the email 7 weeks after everything was done im not sure what kind of business operates like this but i wont be using them again

Contact AquaServe the beginning of May with no response. Followed up with an email a week later with photos of the control panel and asked for a quote. No response. Followed up May 26th with an email and telephone call. Spoke to Bev at 2pm and was guaranteed a price quote by end of day for a quote and/or recommendation for another company that could provide service on our tub. No response. I called at 4pm and again at 5pm and left messages both times with no response. Very disappointed with this service..... (actually lack of service)

We purchased a hot tub from another company and they no longer sell hot tubs. They sent contact information to their customers to contact aqua serv. I've called the company several times looking to buy a new filter for my tub, I even texted pictures without hearing back from them. I resent the text and asked if he got the pictures (I sent four in one message). He just replied "nope". I sent them again individually. Never heard back from him. I asked if the text worked and he wouldn't answer. TERRIBLE customer service. I guess he doesn't want the business. SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Have dealt with Al and Aquaserv in the past but had to bring them back this year for some issues with my tub thanks to a freeze up last year. Nothing but the absolute best in service. From immediate replies to messages, to being there when they say they will, friendly and knowledgeable techs, very fair charges, and all around awesome support, I don't think you could find a better place for hot tub service. Thanks guys...really appreciate all you have done to help us get our tub up and running again.
