Wellington-Baseline Animal Hospital is proud to serve the London ON area. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Dr. Catherine Millman, who is a licensed, experienced London veterinarian. Wellington-Baseline Animal Hospital, once the London Spay/Neuter Clinic, is now a full service veterinary clinic.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Positive: Professionalism, Reliability
Dr.Mellman and her whole staff are knowledgeable, caring, and go the extra mile. She changed medications for my labradoodle rescue who has Addison's and gave her a great quality of life for many years to come. I have moved out of London and miss this Vet hugely. You can't do better in the London area.

I've had my cat 13 years and my dog for 8. Taken both of them there all their lives and they've always been great with both. They're up front and honest but also take into consideration people's budgets. I find their costs reasonable and their staff super friendly and caring. I'd recommend this vet office

The staff are caring and friendly. Unfortunately, I have had to put down my two senior dogs within three weeks of each other. They were able to get me in quickly, respectfully and were very patient and caring with me. I even received a sympathy card in the mail the next week. They explain in detail what is going on and make sure you know what is happening and take the time you need to make your decisions. Highly recommend.

I am consistenly pleased with the service and care found at this clinic by everyone I've been around. Most recently, due to a tragic loss to my 18 year old cat. After recognizing him acting quite irregular, I promptly called the clinic and left a VM (only due to COVID restrictions and high demand). I received a call less than 10 minutes later and was urged to bring him in for examination.
I was met at the door with amazing service and compassion to the situation, which is essential in a time of distress for both my cat and myself.
