Cancellation/Late Policy and Fees: The time in which you book is reserved just for you so we ask that you please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment in order to maximize every last minute of your scheduled time. Should you arrive late, we will adjust the time of your treatment accordingly and charge full price of the service.

I've gone to Tracy on and off for a few years. About a year and a half ago I had second (blistered) degree burns from a cryolipolysis machine. When I sent photos, there was a bit of discrepancy about what they offered me (long story). Tracy kept telling me she'd have to talk to the owner, that the owner wasn't always understanding, etc. etc.
I had a staff member, at one point, tell me that Tracy is the owner along with her husband. Even on my last visit a few months ago (never will I go back), she said she emailed the owner about the discrepancy while insisting she was not that owner

Would not honour a Groupon even though the last person i had talked to said I could use it. Next time I wanted to go a new lady talks to me and tells me I can't use it and calls me a liar that there would never be someone who would tell me that. HORRIBLE SERVICE and very insulting. not good service. WOULD NOT RECOMMED.if I could zero stars I would.

Had a very good experience with Debora!
Even though the girl on the phone when i was booking couple of weeks ago seemed like she never has heard of a customer service and how she is supposed to talk with potential clients on the phone.
Beside this i was very satisfied with the service that i received today and relying on that would go there again.

I booked an appointment to get a lash lift here. WORST DECISION EVER MADE. Prior to my appointment, I called their number several times to confirm the booking. I must've called 8 times at intervals before I realized they weren't gonna answer. Completely wasted my time when I showed up and the spa wasn't even open! I rang the doorbell multiple times and knocked on the door for a solid 20 min before realizing this appointment was NOT gonna happen. Thoroughly disappointed. Highly suggest not going there ever!

I had a terrible massage here last night. The therapist is clearly untrained. I paid for a 1 hour 15 minute session and she just kept massaging by back and then my calves. Plus, she massaged the back of my knees, which I think is a no-no. She never massaged my upper legs. When I asked her to work on my feet, she returned to massaging my calves again! She never asked me anything before she began, and never asked me to turn over, never did my face or head. Awful.
