I had a leak in my pool and there was no one in sight who would help. I was referred to Ken and he tried to help me solve it myself. He must have dropped by 8 different times on his way home after a full day to try to get me the least expensive option. Just when I thought i was going to need to fill my pool in, Ken figured out it was coming from somewhere under my pool shed (I had previous visions of having to tear up the pool deck). Ken was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient and his solution has lasted for the past year and a half. I couldn't have been happier with his service and have recommended

This store isn't trying very hard. They have the worst hours (9-5 weekdays only) and no online pricing. I used to buy spa chemicals from here, then discovered Canadian Tire sells them for cheaper. Do yourself a favor and check that out instead. If this store decides to get with the times and start up a website I might come back.

Horrible experience. I admittedly went in without any information about my hot tub, but I knew the model and size etc. I told them I had drained it and was starting from scratch and had heard they were really helpful.
Well, what I got was two people who seemed shocked that I could not answer all their questions and basically there their hands up and said they couldn’t help me. Then, they suggested I bring back a water sample after I had told them I had drained the tub. How hard would it have been to assume I was literally starting with a brand new tub and say “ here’s all the stuff you need

Amazing in store experience. Amanda answered all my questions and broke down the pool science of what I needed. I let her know the size of the pool and she created customized program of what I needed to do. Highly recommend this store!

Amazing service and have all the products you would need. Amanda and Elaine walked me through all the products I was getting and let me know why I wouldn't need certain products (saving me money). She even printed me out a sheet letting me know how much of each product to use and when to use them. Very knowledgeable staff and great prices. Would highly recommend.

Terrible manner, very impatient and rude with customers. I would never give them my business. When I tried to contact management to let them know how the phone was answered and how I was spoken to (and hung up on) they couldn't care less. They dont deserve the business, lots of pool stores to pick from.

Serviced my parents pool for the last 5 years and provided supplies and water testing for many more years when my Dad did the maintenance himself. All staff treated my elderly parents with respect and always offered great service. We are grateful!!

The ladies working here / owners are amazing. They educated me on all the chemicals needed for my new hot tub. They explained what each one does and gave me an easy printout which helps with not only regular maintenance but for chemical issues. I call them often with my silly questions and they are always delighted to help me. You may save a few $$ on your chemicals elsewhere but I guarantee you that the guidance and quality you receive here is well worth it. Highly recommend this place.

Ken is clearly experienced and knows his stuff. Office staff is courteous. However, I have been waiting for over two weeks for a quotation from them and have yet to hear back. I have called and emailed them to follow up.

Thank you for replying. I took out the BAD review and rating for now, and I hope it was just simple misunderstanding.
Here is what I find base on the Material safety data sheet of Burnout 35. It contain UP TO 35% of free chlorine, which means 159gram in a 1-pound pouch, 318gram for the two pouch I purchased.
I got a 60000liter pool, that's 60000kg of water. That 318 gram would only raise my FC to 5.3 ppm, which is not even close a shock.
