My name is Dr. Nina and I strive to provide exceptional patient-centered care at the Billing's Bridge Dental Centre. I'm originally from Toronto, where I finished my Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Toronto. Prior to becoming a dentist, I finished both my Bachelor of Science with Honours and my Masters of Science in Public Health.

Today I had an awful experience there. It was a simple tooth extract but the Dentist ruined my tooth. She first tried to cut it into two to make it easier, then she broke my tooth into pieces. She messed it up for half an hour then said that I need to go to a surgeon because she couldn't take the root out and sent me home. They felt so bad that they didn't even charge me and referred me to a surgeon to finish it. I had to pay $2165 to the surgeon and had to go through sedation. I do not have insurance either. If there were 0 stars I d give 0.

Nice and friendly staff, but beware of hidden fees! I'm here just to suggest something, for new patients who come to your office you should really tell them the options and fees that they incur before they get charged something they don't know. It just feels like to me you're trying to scam them of their money, for example if someone comes in for… work done and they're not a patient there shouldn't you tell them they have the option to become a patient there and they could get a checkup and not incur an emergency one time fee for not being a patient? I'm kind of disappointed that this happened
