A woman named Dianne Columbia contacted me from this establishment. Was very condescending and blaming. The email was not professional. No company letterhead or job title under her name. It was truly very sketchy. She was extremely difficult to deal with and lacked seeing the big picture. Go here if you want to be treated like dirt!

My father has been going to Frankie for years when it comes to vehicle work, and never a bad interaction. Over the past two years I’ve been dealing with him and again never a bad interaction. When he says “it’ll be done by the end of the day” it’s done by the end of the day. If his staff notices something out of the ordinary, leaking rad hose or anything, he’ll call and let me know. He’s a trustworthy guy and has the green light to do what’s best for my car as I trust his good judgement.
He goes above the call of duty and I feel confident in his services!

Frank and his team were so professional the work I had done was absolutely flawless. They even did extra touch ups on my car which blew my mind because no other business would do that for you. I’m the type of guy that always feels like I’m getting ripped off but not this time. I’m am extremely pleased with the work and the staff and would highly recommend charterhouse. My work was done ahead of schedule and my car was completely cleaned and sanitized upon picking it up. If you need work done definitely go see frank at charterhouse

Frank and the boys did a great job on my 85 Camaro Berlinetta. I could trust him with my baby. He hauled it away, fixed my heater core when it puked and also got the air working that hadn't worked in years. It came back clean and ready to go with cool air and hot heat. I'd recommend Charterhouse Collision to anyone. A wonderful Job Guys!!
