Too often we are taught that our mental health is not important or that we need to 'just cope' with what is happening in our lives. There is also stigma around therapy that it is only for people who have something terribly wrong with them or a serious mental illness. This is simply not true. Your mental health matters and is as much of a priority as your physical health.
