I was visiting from Toronto and my mum and I decided to get a pedicure together. She took me to this spa and I was lucky enough to have Natalie do my pedicure. Not only is Natalie super friendly and warm, she gave me the best pedicure I have ever had by a landslide (like literally 3x as good as second place!). She’s diligent, professional, detail oriented, and doesn’t rush at all. And you get to spend your time with a lovely person :) I wish I lived in Ottawa so I could go back again! It’s more expensive than your average pedicure, but it’s absolutely worth it. So luxurious. Thank you Natalie

-If you’re interested in thread lifts, Danesthetics Medical is the best! I recently had thread lifting for my laugh lines and I love the results! It’s exactly what I wanted and then some! I didn't expect how smooth my face would actually look and feel.
Mr. Julien was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. He was patient and took his time with me.
I appreciated that he followed up me the next day. I’ll be back for more and I highly recommend seeing Danesthetics Medical.
The complimentary refreshments were a nice touch too!

Dr. Julien is a very professional medical director. He not only listened carefully to my objectives but was also able to beautifully make them into reality. He is patient and will genuinely give you advice and make you feel comfortable by explaining all the details to you. I am satisfied with the service and I won’t hesitate in going again. The staff and doctor will make sure you feel at home, even during COVID-19, they made sure that their place looks aesthetically pleasing and beautiful, honestly a very beautiful spa. If you ever want to find a spa where you can relax and get your desired experience

I recently visited this place for the first time, and I got a killer shellac manicure from Kristen. She really took her time and did a great job. After 2 weeks, the polish is still 100% intact and neat looking - no chipping or anything. If my nails had not grown so much from the past couple of weeks, I'm sure I could easily get another week or two out of it before chipping starts. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the price - it is a bit pricey especially if you need to get a shellac removal too. That being said, I would definitely return for a treat to myself in the future :)

I decided to give this salon a try because a friend of mine raved about their services and she always looks great. She uses them for eyebrow shaping, pedicures, and manicures.
My appointment was for eyebrow shaping. While the girl was really nice, I found her to be inexperienced. Firstly, her own brows were horrible. They were overly plucked in some areas, not plucked enough in others. She had the worst brows I have seen at a salon. That is never a good sign.
I do my own brows so I didn't need much done, just help with creating a subtle arch. She only plucked a few hairs and stopped

In three words; pleasant, professional, perfect. Warm greeting, happy staff, great management, email reminders of appointments... Wonderful. I recommend for mani/pedi as well as facials and full day.
Central with good access to parking.
My Thursday appointment was as I had hoped, and I left feeling pampered, happy and relaxed. :)
