I think this is the best spot in town to try sushi for the first. All you can eat with perfectly sized portions per order to try a little of everything. Super clear, really friendly staff and some very pretty creations. Amazing experience. Love this place and eat here EVERY TIME I’m in town with the wife.

Restaurant never gets cleaned. Very dirty. Did not post pictures of all because when I do, it actually blurs it after upload. Bathrooms filthy with 2 inch dust on vents and walls. Under the tables don't ever look. Same mask as i was there a week ago, and gave it a try another week giving benefit of the doubt.
Got seated in same place and the same mask there. I had to leave. It is so dirty, I cannot imagine the kitchen. Sadly the food is great but you need to do better especially during covid times.

3. star for food/service. First off, the food is good but a bit expensive. Service was good and restaurant seemed to be clean. The covid protocols are not followed, I was not asked for proof or my ID and when I provided this the fellow waived it off. I would have given them a 3.5 if they cared about public safety.

Hands down my favourite sushi joint around! The food is beyond amazing, the restaurant is always tidy and presentable, and the service is quick!
My only con would be that if you stay close to closing expect the vacuum to be running and an eagerness from staff to get you paid and out of there as they prepare for close. No one wants to stay late, understandably, but you will feel rushed out by staying late.
If you want a calmer atmosphere I’d recommend going at lunch time or even around 6:30pm.

What a fine dining experience! Great atmosphere, with highly attentive wait staff. Even the chefs are friendly and greet you at every opportunity.
The food selection is perfect in variety, yet doesn't overwhelm - allowing for swift decisions, and is elegant in presentation! Will definitely be coming back here with the family!

Don't know why I haven't left a review been here gazillion of times and not once been disappointed. Great staff, great selections, great presentation, great price, it's just one of those GREAT places to go to for any occasion. Sashimi has always been super fresh, love that the nori is always crunchy 💕😋

Went here for dinner yesterday!! I will definitely come back and bring my friends & family next time!! The food was very good. The quality of food is superb unlike other buffets, also, there’s a wide variety of choices. My boyfriend and I are very satisfied and it definitely made our 3rd year anniversary very memorable. Our tummies were very happy. LOL. The place is not that cozy but decent. The service was good and orders come really fast. Obviously, i’m very satisfied with dining at Noble Cuisine so if you’re looking for reviews and deciding whether to go or not, JUST GO and you’ll enjoy

This is the only photo I got, but it doesn’t make up for all the other food that my family and I ate! We made a visit to Noble Sushi on our way home from Bracebridge and this place is AMAZING. It was quite a very busy place and we had no reservations but we were able to get seated right away. The sashimi we had was fresh and delicious. Overall the whole meat was delicious with no complaints at all. An excellent all you can eat sushi spot. Will be driving all the way down here just to eat. Great spot with great prices as well for lunch and dinner.

We love to try new sushi places wherever we go. This is an AYCE place but we ordered takeout. Quality wasn’t bad but they lost some stars when they were bargaining with me on how much extra I have to pay if I want to substitute white tuna for something else like salmon on our party tray…they charge more for white tuna on the menu than salmon 🤔 I heard the waitress talking to the chef in Mandarin discussing how much they should charge me 🙄

I won't comment on the food but rather the customer Service. At the end of the meal I said that we had five adults and one child. They ask my child about five times how old she was and my 12 year old said 12. I get the bill and she charges me six adults. I say that my daughter is 12! I assume a manager comes over and ask for ID for my daughter!!!! We are all saying she is 12! My daughter is looking at me feeling really uncomfortable. This manager says in a condescending tone that she will let it go this time but to bring ID next time. How many of you carry ID for your 12 year old I found it

Well. That was interesting. I've never been to a restaurant before where it was AYCE and instead of ordering from a waiter or going up to a buffet, you ordered from an iPad! Cool idea, not sure how hygienic the iPad is tho!
Ordering aside, the quality of food was a bit on the same level as ordering from a buffet, but maybe slightly fresher? Everything came out within 5 minutes of ordering which was a great plus! We ordered so much food from every category, but I think food like their pad Thai, pad see ew, and beef satay shone through as opposed to their sushi.
Service was whatever though

I came in with zero expectations, since it's an all you can eat place, and I'm notorious for disliking AYCE places - try my other reviews. I do AYCE when I'm forced to, and it was one of those.
At the end of the day, the place turned out to be a very pleasant surprise, with excellent (for an AYCE) quality ingredients, and friendly service (despite forgetting to make part of our order, even though it was logged into their system).
Altogether, this probably the best AYCE sushi place I've been to, in Canada.
Will repeat, if the opportunity presents itself.

My Wife and I always go here for sushi, Service is great and fast, staff is very friendly, has Good decor and the bathrooms are clean, It is very good quality sushi and all you can eat sushi! The menu is on an Apple iPad not paper which makes ordering a breeze with pictures of the menu items and a confirmation of what you ordered.
I would recommend this sushi restraunt to anyone, I have ate at other sushi restraunts before and did not realy care for the quality of the sushi that they serve, so if you are looking for good quality sushi then Noble should be your chosen place to be.

My bf and I were nearly starving to death for dinner and were looking for a good tummy filler!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone !!! Especially for people who live in Barrie and enjoy Asian food. We had AYCE which was 23.99/person a little pricey but worth it!
