Foothills Animal Hospital is proud to serve the Okotoks Alberta area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is owned by Dr. Miranda Logan, who is a licensed, experienced Okotoks veterinarian. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.

Proper care includes: routine physical exams, appropriate vaccinations, parasitic control, behaviour counseling, dental examinations, regular exercise and a diet that meets your pet's changing nutritional requirements.

There is a new client form you may want to fill out prior to your first visit (don't worry though, we'll ask you for this information when we set up your new file with us!) 1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. Petcard offers a simple and affordable way to finance the treatment or product your pet needs and it allows you to get it without delay.

Our pets have been in the attentive, loving care of Dr. Logan and the Foothills Animal Hospital team for years - first for behavioural guidance then continuing on for physical health maintenance, more serious health and/or behavioural issues along the way. When we've had to make the heartbreaking decision to send our fur babies over the Rainbow Bridge, we were touched to see how much the team grieves too.

We’ve been clients of Foothills Animal Hospital since it opened. Many much loved furry family members have spent their entire lives being cared for by Dr. Logan and her team.
It’s decidedly uncommon to have such a long relationship with Anyone, much less a Veterinary Clinic. That in itself speaks volumes about how satisfied we are.
I wish I could find a family doctor for us that would have the care and companion that FAH has for my pets.

This clinic is truly the best one around! I wouldn't trust any one else but Dr. Logan with my small animals. She is professional, listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. Her staff always take care of our pets like one of their own and we have always had excellent service. They are a very compassionate and caring team.

A great big thank you to everyone at FAH! Everyone is so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful and obviously love animals as much as I do! I have huge admiration and trust for Dr. Logan. I have been going to her for about 20 years, and trust her implicitly with my precious fur-babies. And her staff are second to none! I highly recommend them all the time to people! This review is long overdue. I have been with Foothills Animal Hospital since I brought my puppy for her first vaccine appointment 11 years ago. Not only did they play with Fanny on the floor to make sure she was comfortable, they have guided us through the years on the best options for her care as she has been a bit of a challenge healthwise at times. I wish my doctor's office would follow up half as well as Foothills Animal Hospital does! Keep up the great work during these challenging times ladies. We appreciate you all!!!

The people at this vet clinic are terrible in 10 minutes they reviewed $1000 worth of things that needed to be done to my dog when he had been checked up previously at a different clinic and they had said everything is fine. The vet and vet tech were even scared of my 19 pound lap dog that loves everyone and has never bit anyone in his 4 years of life. It seemed that from the moment I met them that they were going to be extremely terrible and rude to me and my dog. Would not recommend this horrible vet and with how many other ones there are in Okotoks I would recomend any other one over this one

Dr Logan claims to be a specialist with fear aggressive dogs. My GS was brought in to her for vaccines and she totally treated him like a criminal from the get go. He had not even growled at her, showed no aggression and yet she placed a huge cage on him, didn’t even give him treats or talk to him. She just stood back giving orders IN her 4 inch Stilleto high heels! How UN professional for a vet.
Trust me she is not what she claims to be. She is all about collecting your money.
I had wonderful experience elsewhere in SE Calg.

Just want to send a HUGE Thank you to everyone at the Foothills Animal Hospital here in Okotoks - Found a cat yesterday and brought him in to be scanned for a micro chip or tattoo. They went over and beyond and I am super appreciative. The end result was the kitty was returned home and all is well!! Thank you again for everything you do for our community.

We have a reactive pup and spent soooo much money on trainers before going to Dr. Logan. It took only TWO consultants for Dr. Logan to support us up to where we feel like our pup's behaviours are much more manageable. Dr. Logan, Prozac, and behavioural training has helped our pup to be a happy pup again! Forever grateful.
