I've been a counsellor/ psychotherapist since 2005, working with people from all walks of life on issues that vary from profound childhood trauma to a feeling of dissatisfaction. Services
Many extended health insurance plans will reimburse you for the cost of counselling/psychotherapy by a practitioner who is a Registered Social Worker (RSW). This includes counselling sessions & sessions combining counselling & energy healing. In Canada, counselling/psychotherapy services can be deducted on your income tax return.

Energy healing can amplify the things you are doing in your life to find healing, clarity or solve problems. If you are working with me or another psychotherapist, then this work can complement what you are doing. Some of my clients with depression and anxiety have found that energy healing lessens the intensity of depression and anxiety.
