I wanted to try this place out for my mom. Hoping that this would be her new "go-to" place for haircuts. Unfortunately, we will not be returning here for many reasons. We find that the staff whom we spoke to was not professional nor was she clear on the pricing and services over the phone. I specifically asked for med haircut for women, and she first said $45, then changed to $32. I'd like to include that not everyone who goes to get a haircut will know the whole process. I did not know there was a charge for blow dry and would not think it would be the same price for a haircut. Later I found out

Had my first experience here at this gem of a salon today! I hadn't had my hair bleached or toned in a long time, and was a little worried, but Darlene made sure to make my hair look gorgeous, taking extra time to make sure the toner and bleach weren't uneven. All of the staff were super friendly, and there wasn't awkward silence like you sometimes have at other salons. Quality of services is amazing and affordable, I highly recommend coming here!

I went here for the first time, trying to find a good Salon in the area. I chose West Endz because of all the great Google reviews and their website. The website is high end, with photos of all the latest hair styles, well the actual salon wasn't, unfortunately!! I showed a photo of the hair style I wanted to the stylist and she said no problem. Well, it was a terrible cut and style, no where close to what I wanted and noticeably uneven on the sides, very disappointing!

The staff were rude and unfriendly. They did not understand what haircut I wanted even though every hair salon downtown uses the term "round layers". They ganged up on me and made fun of me. It was like being in Mean Girls. Then one of them declared that what I was talking about was a "concave bob"and volunteered to cut my hair. I almost left but I needed a haircut for a job interview. Anyways it was a bad experience. They charge extra to wash and style. They only spend 30 min per haircut unless you pay more. It takes more than 30min to do a proper haircut respectfully if you have lots of thick
