Root Canal Therapy or Endodontics is performed when the inner wall of the tooth has become infected or damaged. Been going here since I was a kid and I'm sad to say the quality of service has dropped in recent years to the point I need to find a new dentist for the first time. All they care about is making profit and will give you unnecessary X-rays whenever they can. They force you to book second appointments to ask small questions that could be answered in one visit. One of the many experiences that changed my mind about this office was with Dr. Dua Aleir. I went in to fill a suspected cavity that was causing me pain. They took X-Rays and Dr. Dua Aleir entered the room and said there was no cavity

Been a patient since I was a child, the staff is amazing and very accommodating. The waiting room is amazing now! With free tea and coffee at ones choosing. Their hours fit my needs which is even more of a bonus and they direct bill! If you're looking for a flexible dentist that has direct billing Fenworth is your place :)

Horrible place not only do they require 2 days notice for cancellation or they charge you $50 cuz u know 2 days in advance if u are gonna be sick. They messed up two of my teeth, fixed the same one three times and it’s still not fixed properly, the staff are like telemarketers calling off the hook three weeks before ur apt 2 weeks before then a week before ridiculous. Never would I recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I have been going to this dental firm since my two boys were toddlers. They were great to my kids then as apprehensive youngsters. My kids are teenagers now and we still go for checkups and treatments. I would recommend these people hands down. Don’t listen to some of those frivolous google reviews by people coming in with unrealistic expectations.

When I took my family here years ago, everyone was friendly & curtious. Great bedside manner! If there were ever income issues, they were great to work with for payment plans.....UNFORTUNATELY they have done a… total changeover in staffing. Dentists are horrible with kids to the point of being abusive. Telling scared kids to shut up, choke-holding kids to shove the needles in their mouths, NO bedside manner at all. No notification of final notices before sending to collections! My poor neighbour's kids is now deathly afraid of dentists!!! Fenworth dental had to REDO their faulty work

I was a client there for over 12 years. I’ve had many good experiences (and a few iffy ones) but when I called them today in immense pain with an emergency dental problem I was told because I don’t have health… insurance anymore I’d have to pay up front and they won’t do any sort of payment plans (which we have done many times in the past and I’ve always paid on time so that’s not a factor. I am so disappointed that after 12 years they’d rather me find a new dentist or be in excruciating pain for weeks rather then keep a loyal customer. Guess I&rsquo

I would like to first thank the office staff for always being there to help me with appointemts and cancletions .Thay Even help me by reminding me when the apointement is close .This is the first Dentist and office that has taken time and care with all my dental needs.Right from filling to my dentures .They even fight for you with your coverage… .But most recently I took a Letter into them.From my Grandson.About this medcal center that he and his Mac Stundnets or going to help set up in Hondus.He asked for anything that might afd the children and parents.And they didnt even blink an eye

Hands down worst dentists I've ever been to. PLEASE AVOID. I went here in January after two years with no benefits since graduating. I had a lot of cavities and to date I still can feel where they are. One of them was causing me so much pain I went in for an emergency appointment. The dentist did nothing, and told me just to wait a while and the pain would go away... the receptionist charged me $80 for this "exam". This place is an absolute joke and all they care about is money. You'll go - use up all of your benefits on sub par dental work and have to go elsewhere and pay out

Went into this dental office last week and overheard a worker named Tabitha talk to other employees right in the open in front of clients in a very disrespectful manner, she was saying that if an employee is sick it is their responsibility to cover their shift and they need to call a co worker into he office to work their shift. How she talked to employees in front of clients is appalling, I don't know how she could get away with this, I don't understand how this lady is still employed with this office. I asked the other employees if this is how she always acts but they looked afraid

I do not need to see the dentist very much, so I basically go there because I love the hygienist Marium. I do not see any other hygienists because Marium is the best!I my whole family see her. I have known her for years and really trust her opinion. She is extremely friendly, very thorough and a great patient advocate! I have seen Dr. Phal a few times for checkups and he is really nice.

Horrible dental services! Office Manager Tabitha was bitter and rude. I had a filling completed by Mrs. Bath who didn't complete the procedure correctly. Tabitha's response was "the filling must have fell out" I ended up seeing a different dentist that was actually experienced and I was told I needed a root canal. I was told I didn't have a proper filling and that's why I was in a ton of pain. it cost me almost $1000.00 for the root canal. Fenworth Dental ended up sending me a bill a almost 2 yrs. later asking me for a missed appointment that I never made and deducted
