On Dec. 02, 2019 my wife & I checked in at Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa to celebrate our 40 Wedding Anniversary. We had booked a lake view room for $307.64. I was never so disappointed. The room 7701 was deplorable. The rug was so worn my wife tripped on the 2 inch high carpet ripples, the wall paper was coming of the wall, and you could only see half the lake because of the privacy wall, and it was beside the elevator. We asked to be moved but they could/would not accommodate a move. The diner in the Copper Room & service were great, but the sleepless night in the worn out room was appalling
