Worst customer service on the planet. The desk lady who answered the phone hung up twice whilst I was talking. Very poor manners, did not know how to provide proper information, and got irritated quickly with me. She was just overall very bad at her job and was being so rude. If the employees are all that poorly trained i do not recommend this hotel

Overall 3/5 hotel
Our experience 2/5
When we got to our hotel room we noticed blood stains in the bathroom; on the floor, side of the toilet seat bowl and on the sink counter top. The worst part is that when we tried to clean it up, it came off with water… In the morning we had to speak with the front desk to express our concern. They provided us with three solutions, one of which was to cancel our reservation and leave. We couldn’t afford to leave so we ended up moving rooms which took extra time and put us behind in our schedule. We’re only visiting the city for a few days so this was

Overall it was a good hotel. We ended up checking in late because cleaners called in sick. COVID, it happens. A little annoying that there is no access to the pool area from inside the hotel. The room itself was good and it's nice to have the kitchen.

The customer service was great. When we first arrived we where kind of surprise by the building because it was much older looking than we thought. Yes, the building is old and may look dirty, but in fact is not. The room was really clean. I also assure you to not worry about the location like we first where. The neighbourhood is safe and is really close to gastown and downtown Vancouver. All in all we had a great stay and would stay there again.

So I don't use Facebook much but I need to get this out to people on how I was just treated at a hotel in Vancouver. Myself and my 2 teenage kids drove a 1000 km for my mom's celebration of life she passed in October and we were just able to have it due to covid. I booked a room for us at the atrium Inn on Hastings and Renfrew. I don't have a… credit card booked online as I know they don't use debit cards for security deposits and have used cash on a few occasions for this. They took my $200 no problem stating it's a one time thing. I wanted to book an extra day as has been very hactic and

Had a really good stay, we were able to check in a little early around 3:30 (check-in is 4pm) and that wasn't a problem. Our room was nice, comfy bed, bathroom was small but clean and tidy. My son and I would definitely stay again.

Although the beds were comfy unfortunately our stay on the 3rd floor resulted in my daughter getting bit by bed bugs. The 1st night we stayed we noticed the toilet would not flush, we called downstairs to ask if they could send a repairman and was told he had left for the day. I asked that they get someone to fix the toilet or move us to a room with a working toilet. We were told they were fully booked and nobody would be coming to fix it that evening. The next morning we were moved to a room but unfortunately that night that’s when we encountered bed bugs. It was horrifying as my daughter was

We went to vote at the Atrium Inn and it was great that the traffic flowed such that we didn't have to climb any stairs as one of our household members is hard of walking.
As for the Hotel itself, we have had visiting family and friends stay here, and they have all been happy there, especially enjoying the breakfast buffet being included

It was my first time staying here, the check in was great, front desk lady who checked me in was wonderful. I checked in at 4pm and asked after checking the room in if i could get a quieter room, but they couldn't move me. I came from a really long flight and i just wanted to get some nice rest. I wanted to stay for 4 more nights but decided to move else where. I haven't even touched the room, they could've moved me somewhere else or found a way to address my concern, even if i had to pay some extra fee. My room was facing the road side, not sound proof at all and im not a heavy sleeper.

I would not recommend this hotel and if I could give a negative star rating, I would. After making a reservation for my family of 4 several months in advance for the VIP Suite, I rec'd an email stating that I could upgrade to a better room. This email prompted me to call the hotel directly seeing as I had the best room in the hotel reserved. I… asked about my reservation and was told that I was booked into a executive king room and that was what I reserved, which was not true. After a lengthy discussion I was told the manager would call me after the weekend to speak with me. When she called

Very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. My room is clean and quiet although I forgot to request a room with A/C but that's OK it's not hot in here. There are restaurants on the same block. Timmies..Starbucks..And across the street is a convenience store plus a pizza place. And there is a Dairy queen as well. Will recommend this hotel and will come back again.

It was very dirty hotel. Our coffee pot was completely dirty and it was not washed for decades. The breakfast was terrible. The receptionist and employee for the breakfast were very impolite. I do not recommend it at all unless you don't have any other options and want to waste your money. They do not have soap to clean your hand as well. The only things they have is conditioner. When I asked them, they said this is what we have in very impolite way. We bought shampoo and soap by our self to clean our hand. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed.

I'd suggest to look elsewhere. Can't remember a hotel this bad in the last few years. The rooms are run down, old. They spent money on the hallways but once in the room, it smells.

Worse part is the management doesn't care about the guests.

The pub blasts music, pounding through the walls. Called a noise complaint only to find out the music goes to midnight. I've no problem with it but when the walls are so thin you can hear what they are saying, the hotel needs to make changes.

Don't stay on the 2nd floor.

Excellent value for it's hotel type
Housekeeping and food service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Each staff greeted every time with eye contact and a smile. Front desk staff not as much. Standard check in procedure with no small talk.
Vicinity of hotel seemed safe to walk around with a park across the street. There's a late night Vietnamese eatery that closes at 2am and McDonalds couple blocks east of place.
Hotel provides free parking and continental breakfast, which is rare and thus excellent value for type of hotel.

They over charged me $200 for our room. They charged 3 payments to my credit card, which are still pending and then proceeded to charge me another $880. So they now have charged me $1000 more than what I was supposed to pay. The manager told me it would be resolved within 6 days of my check out date, that was September 22, 2019. I'm still waiting. I will never stay there or recommend them to anyone.

We carefully looked for a hotel for myself, my kids dad and three kids. Paid $15 for a pull out that is BROKEN, the kids are already sleepy and it's a pain to get a new one. The pull out should NOT have been broken in the first place.

Booked a room at the Atrium Inn Vancouver while visiting Vancouver Canada. The Inn seamed like it was in a decent part of town considering some of the parts I did happen to see while driving around Vancouver. Lobby was nice staff was friendly and helpful and they take security measures to keep visage. Keys needed to enter garage and operate elevator. Room is clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities across the street.

When I'm travelling, I have a few amenities that I specify when I'm searching travel sites: free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, a King size bed (because even a Queen size doesn't work so well when at least one spouse comes in giant economy size), and, if I'm staying for more than a night or two, free parking and a coin laundry. (If I'm on a flying visit, then I look for an airport shuttle instead.) So, when I was looking for a place to stay during a visit home, I filtered for those amenities, sorted by price, and the Atrium came up.

Now, I'm not a big fan of East Hastings

I stood at the king suite and it was lovely. It is a small room with another room. In the first you will have the kitchen and living room and the second, behind the glassdoor, would be the bedroom and bathroom. It had 2 entrances. Bed was super comfy :)
The hotel could be a maze but you will quickly notice that there are just a couple of elevators if you keep going through the corridor.
It is a small hotel and probably not franchised but I liked that :) I was very surprised that they would phoned our room just to see if everything was OK. Haven't seen that in a long time. Check in and check

It wasn't outstanding but come on, its free. They offered full size cups if coffee, juice and milk. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. They had toast, pastries, fruit, cereals for kids. Oatmeal and all sorts of teas and hot chocolates. So like i said great. Enough that kept us full and didn't have to buy breakfast.

The lobby was clean and nice. A huge seating area with couches and i believe a fireplace. There's a restaurant

I can honestly say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The main reason for this was because the hotel lacked basic cleanliness. The prime example were the giant stains all over the carpet (to the point where I was afraid to take my shoes off.)

I asked the front desk to be switched rooms, only to be told that she could have someone "follow me up the room to see is it was 'worth' moving rooms for" it seemed like she didn't believe me. My partner was napping on the bed (with shoes on) so I chose to not bring some random person into the room to point out where
