We joined Waterdown Smiles a couple of years ago. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly and have been incredibly understanding of my fears.
I recently decided to have my top teeth veneered to cover misshaped teeth and staining. Dr Mohamad went above and beyond to explain the process. The day of the treatment went extremely well although I was very apprehensive. I wasn’t rushed to make decisions and, in fact, was given time to become accustomed to my new smile. On returning to my follow up appointment

I loved my experience with Invisalign at Waterdown Dentistry. The oral health aspect far outweighed the vanity portion. Now not only do I have a straight smile but my guns don’t bleed, my jaw does not ache and a Crown repair corrected itself and no longer needs to be redone. Put aside a great smile I significantly improved the overall long term health of my mouth.

I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned by Farnoush. She is a gem and the only reason I will continue going here. Very friendly and funny. Had a great conversation... Well as mush as you can when someone is cleaning your mouth.
The dentist on the other hand was fine and answered by questions but was not nearly as friendly as Farnoush. I hope she still works there.
I am also not a fan of the constant calls I receive from Waterdown Smiles.

Great clinic...very clean and professional. The staff is helpful and understanding, they made me relax and calm , as I am an anxious dental patient 😅. Dr. Hameed is one of the best dentists I've been treated by. He has a comforting attitude as well as very knowledgeable and gets to point. I highly recommend this clinic

I have been a Patient at Waterdown Smiles for just under 2 years and have been very happy with my Experience there with Dr Mohamad and his Team. I just finished my Invisalign process with excellent results! The staff are friendly and after having some bad experiences at other practices in the past I actually look forward to my dental appointments now. I am so happy to finally have a dental team I trust with my smile :)
