With more than 20 years experience as a stylist, specializing in color, relaxers, and hair extensions. I trained at Calgary's top hair design school and my continued training has taken me to Atlanta and Jamaica, where I gained more experience with curly hair. It's a delight to see the amazement on my clients' faces after a session.

Services
Consultation must be booked prior to color correction appointment. This allows time for the stylist to plan for the results you're wanting to achieve with full understanding. Color corrections may take more than 1 appointment. 24 hours must be given to cancel or reschedule, fail to do so will result in loss of deposit.
Our Independent hair salon's stylists invest considerable time and money to seek out the latest education and training that our industry has to offer. Here at Iconic Salon our patron's safety is our primary concern. We take pride in creating a safe environment for everyone who comes to our salon.
We ask that in order to maintain a safe space, our patrons must have the ability to safely get in and out of all our salon chairs, without assistance, and have the mobility to lay back in our wash chairs.This is for your safety and ours, so no injuries happen. If you do NOT meet this type of mobility, we are not able to safely serve you.

It was my first time visiting today and had Nada do my hair for me. I got full highlights and a style, she made sure to keep checking what I wanted and was very gentle and throrough, making sure the end product was exactly what I was hoping for! Thanks Nada!

I’m absolutely amazed by how my hair looks! I got a cut, full highlights, and style (from Groupon). Kristine cut & styled my hair and did my highlights with Dionne and its exactly how I wanted it, if not, better! They are so friendly and know what they are doing. Most talented hairdressers I’ve ever been to! I’ve never been this happy with my hair. I’m definitely going back. Super affordable, but looks like I sold my kidneys to get this done cause it looks THAT amazing. Would recommend Iconic Salon to everybody!!

Not for curly hair!
My haircut was fine, decent price, but I was unimpressed with the styling of curly hair. I have maybe 2C hair and with hair like that it’s pretty basic knowledge to twist and use a diffuser to dry, but my hair was not twisted and the stylist didn’t even have a diffuser. I left the salon with fully wet hair and my hair got so frizzy afterwards. I will not be returning, I don’t know what sort of hair salon doesn’t have a diffuser.

These ladies were so kind and did a wonderful job with my hair! They fully detangled my hair, which normally hurts but I felt nothing! They washed my hair extremely well. And when it came to straightening and styling my hair, they did a fantastic job! 10/10 would come here again. Thanks ladies!!

Dionne did a terrific job with my hair! I had a particular cut in mind and also wanted to grow out my hair. She logically explained to me why the cut I was after would not help the goal to grow out my hair. She understood my taste precisely and did a cut maintaining the length. This is the first time I felt like my mother was touching my hair and that my hair was truly cared for. Thanks, Dionne! :) <3

First visit to this little gem of a salon. It was fantastic! Love my haircut and the hairdresser that gave it to me. I believe her name was Dionne. Lovely women! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The salon is spotless, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Will be back for sure.

Right from the moment I walked in this place was different. It's a very welcoming and almost family oriented place. Everyone one here is very friendly and they laugh and smile and it feels like "Cheers" than a salon. Dionne did my hair cut, highlights and style and she did an amazing job! She's very careful and detailed. I think I found my new salon family! Thank-you so much for being so accommodating and taking such good care of me.
