Since moving from Toronto, it has taken me 6 years to find a hair stylist that understands my type of hair texture in Calgary without further damaging it. I was referred by a friend to Elsa at L’Susu Hair and I am so thankful that I tried her services. Elsa is extremely knowledgable (and trust me I asked a ton of questions and all of her answers were on point) and she is extremely personable! I will definitely be continuing my hair journey with her and am happy to say I finally found my hair stylist in Calgary!!! Thank you Elsa and will see you in 3 months :)

Elsa is absolutely amazing! I was hesitant at first having moved from Toronto, coming to Calgary. I wasn't sure what to expect. She was recommended to me by some acquaintances in the city and I was floored after she did my hair. I have now been seeing her for just over 2 years and my hair has also doubled in length and is the longest it has ever been in my life since seeing her. I see Elsa at Lsus salon in citizen salon and she is amazing!!! Had extensions done for 2 years and she was the best price,colour matching and made it super fun if you wanted to change things up or change lengths. My hair was also great condition once my hair grew and extentions came out. Give her a try for long beautiful extentions and colour!

L-SUSU Hair and Beauty Studio is the only place I go for my hair needs - wigs, wig installs or weaves. I've been going to see Elsa for probably close to 10 years now and her service is exceptional. I got hair extensions done at Studio L'Susu Hair by the amazing Elsa Hailemariam and oh my word they changed my life. I have been getting my hair done for the past 4 years, at Studio L'Susu Hair by the incredibly talented Elsa. I have had everything done from cuts, colours, extensions and makeup. Every time I leave the studio I'm left AMAZED by her talent. You also need to know that Elsa is the kindest, most selfless person I've ever met. She is simply wonderful. I have referred many friends to Elsa, and they have all loved their results as well. I count down the days until my next service.

Elsa Hialemariam has a horrible attitude which is bad enough but she recently installed a wig she made for me and it's falling apart! I attempted to reach out to her and have not got a response although the dm has seen written on it. Without even requesting a refund and simply hoping she would fix the issue. I heard a few stories about her but with it being covid and attempting to support black businesses I tried my best to go forth and make an opinion of my own. Bad idea. Nonetheless I now have a wig that costed me a pretty penny that will have to go in the bin.

Theses salons are exceptionally beautiful. The owner did an amazing job putting them together and the location that I am at New Brewery District in Edmonton Alberta is a Jaw dropper. I've had the privilege of meeting the owner at their Calgary locations before taking my existing company in Edmonton and moving it into their new location at the Brewery in Edmonton. They have been nothing but accommodating and very welcoming. The amount of time and effort that went into making this place my new home for the next 3 years makes me smile knowing my company and many others will be well taken care

BUYER BEWARE!!! The concept is super cool, but the owner is a scam artist! If you're thinking about entering a lease with Jeff Wade, DON'T! He's cool and charming when you meet him, until he locks you into a contract, but once he has your money, he doesn't care what happens to you. He neglects any damage or repairs to rooms in his buildings, even when it negatively effects your business and customers. He recently upped his rental rates, midway through some peoole's leases, with no reason or notice. TRUST ME... unless you want to be totally screwed over, stay far, far away

In July 2018 I had a massage done by Luisa Gullace of the Skintopia Studios by Luisa. It was great. She gave me a full-body relaxation/treatment massage and some lymphatic drainage, which made me feel like I've gone on vacation. Luisa is very professional and she has magic hands. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an excellent massage.

I followed Rhonda from Volume salon. I moved from Toronto 5 years ago and didn't find a hairstylist that I truly trusted until I met Rhonda 1 year ago. To give some perspective on that I was with my hairstylist in Toronto for 15 years. Rhonda is excellent. She knows how to cut hair, she is an excellent colourist. She listens to what you want and she is cautious before proceeding. Do you want this look or that look. If I do this it will look like this (she'll show you a pic) and if I do it that way it will look like this (again a picture). She cares and takes the time to do what you want
