I have been going to Naomi for approx 20 years, I love the way she does my hair!! She is an amazing hair stylist/dresser I have never had a complaint! I trust her so much that when I go see her I let her do what she thinks would look best! The setting in her shop is comfortable and full of character! The building has a lot of history and I do not find it run down as others stated. I find that it is very antique!! Love your shop Naomi and will recommend it to anyone and everyone!!

It's not terrible but not amazing ... The service is very friendly and my haircut was not bad.... I don't believe I would go back there as I believe there are better options in town at a better price. But if someone ends up here for any circumstances, my recommendation would be just go simple & safe and avoid the risk of a bad haircut ...

When I showed up for my appointment not only did the stylist there not know of it, he told me that Naomi had called in sick and she did not bother call to tell me that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. Big waste of my time. I needed my hair done this weekend and no extra effort was made to make it up to me. Very disappointed, a terrible way to run a business.

I went there with a Groupon and didn't know what to expect. The space is old, totally beaten-down and kind of dirty. My hairdresser was really nice and made an effort to talk to me, but extremely indelicate and very unprofessional. Not that I judge the way people dress or style their hair, but as a hairdresser, it's crucial that your appearance reflects your style and skill level. She was plain frumpy. Had 80's bangs, dull, unstyled, uncolored hair pulled back in a quick ponytail. Something out of peopleofwalmart.com.
