J Fournier Hair Design is owned and operated by Jason and Jodi Fournier. They are a husband and wife team, that have been together since 1994. Jason and Jodi met one year earlier while in Hair School. They both have a huge passion for the Hair Industry, and have had many great opportunities throughout their careers.

In 2008 Harold began his career, fate stood before him when he began his course through Delmar College. Harold Gonzales, senior stylist and guest artistic educator for Matrix Canada constantly brings new ideas and creative urban concepts to everyday styles. Jason has many years of experience. Guess he feels he doesn't need to pay attention anymore when doing hair. He gave me a full head of low lights and I left there with DARK brown hair when all I asked for was 3 or 4 on my bangs. Shame on Jason for not reaching out to fix it! I paid almost $300 and I have short hair. I have been living with his mistake for 5months! Now I'm going elsewhere to have his mistake fixed! I also had to ruin my hair and use multiple clarifying shampoos to try and remove the color. Just a brutal experience. We all make mistakes, but Jason should have owned

Took my son and daughter here all the time while living in Calgary. My son has thick Asian hair that has to be cut just right so it doesn't stick out and up. Jason did a fantastic job every time. He did a great job on my two girls as well that both have long thick Asian hair. I'm super picky when it comes to stylists for me and my kids. He is the best I have found and we have been to numerous places in Calgary.

NOT ONLY A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BUT WRECKED MY HAIR AS WELL.
Here's the story; I was in clagary from out of town for an event so went in for just a wash and style. I have a shoulder length slightly angled bob. The girl who did my hair thought she would somehow just blow-dry it perfectly sleek and didn't need the flat iron. I had to ask multiple times for her to flat iron it and was left with hair still flipped outward. During the blow-dry she said I had a bit of hair in the back that needed blending so I foolishly said okay. Afterwards I had to hurry to my hotel to re-straighten my

When we moved from Saskatoon to Calgary I was trying to find a new stylist, Jason was recommended to me. I have been very happy with his cut / style, lol, I receive a lot of compliments on my hair now. Turns out Jason is on the Sebastian North American design team. My wife was struggling to find a new stylist as well, I told her about Jason. She went for a consult, decided to proceed with a cut / color. She absolutely loved it, and has been going to Jason ever since. Great downtown location with lots of natural light a few blocks from the LRT. I enjoy the scalp massage & hot towel treatment
