I enjoy the challenges and rewards of being a dental hygienist. I am registered through the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and I am an active member of the Ontario Dental Hygienists Association. I love volunteering, giving back to my community and updating my professional skills. I am honored and grateful to have 2 beautiful children and a wonderful, supporting husband.
Hamilton Smiles wants to help you understand the importance of your oral health care as it relates to your general overall health. We want to give you a new appreciation of clean teeth and provide you with the knowledge and confidence to take care of them. It begins with complete oral assessment in an informal and comfortable setting.
The Hygiene Team at Hamilton Smiles is comprised of independently practicing dental hygienists who are able to charge 20-40% less, compared to the Ontario Dental Association suggested fee guide, for the exact same services offered at your dentist's office. Our focus is on prevention which includes routine dental check-ups as well as good at-home oral hygiene.
Hamilton Smiles is pleased to offer our clients convenient, comprehensive dental services to complement their oral hygiene program. These a la carte services are provided by our on-site dentist, who provides excellence in general dentistry as well as cosmetic dentistry options. Our goal at Hamilton Smiles is to provide you, our client, with a la carte dental services when they are necessary and on your terms.
Many adults or older teens would like to improve their smiles but hate the idea of traditional orthodontia. Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment that is a great alternative to metal braces. Unlike traditional braces, patients don't have to endure painful, ugly metal wires or bands. Virtually invisible, the Invisalign system works through a series of custom aligners.

I have major dental fear and hadn’t been to the dentist in about 12 years. Sarah has helped me through this fear. She is gentle and kind. She explained everything as she was doing it and didn’t pressure me into doing anything I didn’t want to do. I’ve now had two visits with her and my teeth now look and feel better than ever. Today I went for a checkup and quote for a root canal for the New Year. Dr. Joseph Fortino and his assistant were amazing! Took updated x-rays and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He also showed me my x-rays and explained them to me. We ended up completing the root canal today and there was minimal pain afterwards, but during the procedure, both of them took the time to provide mini breaks for my comfort as well as checking in with me periodically to make sure I was ok. They also took x-rays throughout the procedure to make sure the procedure was complete, and they
