We recently moved to Kelowna in 2021. We have two Volkswagen’s. I researched Motor Werke since they specialize in foreign cars, on Google and read their reviews. We have not been disappointed with their high rating as we have found them to be competent and reliable. We love their customer service. We deal with Kyle and Sophie and they both provide us with excellent customer service whether it is a quick response, full explanation of service required, shuttle service, courteous cars provided while our cars are in for services, and a full cleaning of cars prior to their pick up. Exceptional service, attention to detail and knowledge. Brad helped me out and was the first to admit he's knew and learning. He quickly got the answers I needed to various questions and my wife's BMW came out of MW in showroom condition. Multiple contact points at MW just for a routine service were stellar. From Chris, the owner, to Brad & Kyle, Service Advisors and Sophie, the Service Director - all totally professional. Being shuttled around in a Range Rover vs. a Mini Van, was an added bonus :-)

I had my vehicle booked in for a $6000 service that crept up to $9000 by the time all was said and done. I, unsurprisingly, wasn't terribly happy about that.
I expressed that particular sentiment to the most excellent Sophie, and to make a long story short, they both adjusted a couple things on the invoice but also took some time to walk through everything else such that today, a couple days removed, I'm very happy with the work and satisfied with the price. I moved my very special one of one ever made 1986 Benz coupe to Kelowna from years of service at a now gone bespoke garage in greater Vancouver.
Needless to say i was concerned for the future shop that could both maintain and refurbish / restore my beautifully designed vehicle. After- all, who can still service citroen self leveling rear suspension?
I met Chris and my fears were allayed when i saw his old bmw and he remarked to me, "i'll probably end up buried in this car!" Just like me, a Man who founded a shop who was a car guy who thought 'life is too short to drive boring cars!'

Motor Werke did a great job, professional, kept me informed and completed the work in a timely manner. Also delivered my vehicle to speedy glass after the repairs for a windshield repair. I was able to pay my bill online which saved me time. They also offered me a ride home when I brought my vehicle in , then when I realized it needed a few more repairs they offered a courtesy vehicle. They were really great to deal with and I felt valued as a customer and was very happy with the work they performed.

Great customer service! I took my 2004 Mini in for some repairs and some servicing and was VERY pleased with the care and service I received! (unlike the terrible customer service and the unacceptable careless servicing of my car at the Kelowna Mini dealership) I will most definitely take my car back here and recommend them to others. :)
