Had a red light come on in my car yesterday night (4pm an hour before closing) and had no idea what was going on. Walked into this shop and was immediately welcomed by Kevin. Just wonderful service was super clear and let me know what was going on. Very professional and helpful, offered to stay late and help me out (I had blown an alternator). Ended up not only fixing that but letting me know about some things to watch for and what might need replacing my soon. Price was fair and the work was done in a timely matter. Can't recommend enough will definitely be coming back for any of my car troubles

First of all don’t park your car there overnight . Although the owner was aware of break ins happening in the lot I wasn’t notified before I told him that I was leaving it overnight .
Then when my vehicle was broken into I had to pay for the broken window and for the installation without being quoted . I was under the impression that it would be covered as it happened on their property.
I went in for an overheating issue and I was told that it wasn’t overheating…
I wasn’t quoted for anything and then $900 dollars later my vehicle broke down the next day … from overheating . My boyfriend

Awesome people! I was passing by the area when my car's tire pressure went low, I quickly turned to their parking lot as I had my kids in the car and didn't want to drive far with low pressure tire. Mechanic came out and helped (even though he was busy fixing other car), checked all tires and didn't even charge me for it.

Like some people I checked their reviews. All seemed good. I brought my Ford vehicle to them, because I heard a creaking sound coming from the front right side. They inspected the vehicle(cost $143.00). Their conclusion was the rubber above the front strut was worn. They also mentioned the front struts were leaking and would need of replacements. The cost to the work would have been $1800. I then brought the vehicle to the Kelowna Ford dealer. They inspected the vehicle(cost $93.00). They said the strut were not leaking and were perfectly good. They said the creaking sound was coming from a worn

I purchased a Courtesy Car from RPM. I have never had such an amazing experience buying a used car as I did with these guys. I was new in town, if you have time you can shop around and get better price. It was a little bit pricey for what I needed. It's easy to be nice when you charge a high price and wanted near 650$ to change my front brakes.... I was like I'll wait for that. They do all the police cars so the province pays for it.... I can't say if the work was well done or not or if they put high quality pieces there, but they are pricey. Hence the 3 stars.

My daughter's vehicle wouldn't start, and since we live in a different town, we had to make all the arrangements for diagnostics and repairs over the phone. Kevin, who took my call, was very professional. The car was in and out within 24 hours and we even received a text after the fact, with a copy of the courtesy inspection. First of all I am a fellow shop owner (I'll be it an import shop), from a different City. Came for a wedding, borrowed my brother in laws car & guess what happened. Now I'm on the receiving end. Met Mike & he helped me out like no one else could of. I wanted to emphasis his sincerity to his craft. His shop is well equipped. I counted 4 scanners to deal with what ever electronic problem arises. Information sources up the wazoo (minimizes diagnostic times for his clients). The rest of the equipment I saw is the latest & greatest, which would provide consistent results.

I did, and I was extremely satisfied with the service.
