Mike is one of the most honest, reliable and flexible mechanic I have ever come across.
I initially backed into a concrete divider in the parking lot and Mike came running out with zip ties and a hammer and screwdriver to get my car driver able. He didn't even charge me a cent!!
Next time i came to get all season tires and he matched competitors price with rebabate and was able to fix the troubled subaru.
I go back time and time again and he deserves recognition, i can guarantee you will have an awesome experience working with Mike. He is honest and will tell you if you need to change something

Mike is the most honest and reasonable Mechanic I met in Kelowna, so far.
About a year ago, I came from another province and had to undergo an out of province vehicle inspection.
I went to Boyds Auto first, then Canadian Tire. Both shops qouted me around $6K dollars of parts and repairs in order to pass the inspection, including the new tires of $1,200.
I was so sad for it is more expensive than the value of my car.
One day, I asked a new friend and she told me to go see Mike of Pro Active Auto.
I showed Mike both shops' diagnosis, especifically the hub replacement they said. Mike

I went there for about 5 years(I don't drive these days). Mike is an honest trustworthy mechanic, he will not rip you off or do unnecessary work like other places. He also made notes and kept a good record of my car. After bad experiences at other places who just don't care, this was a breath of fresh air.

Mike is an honest, hardworking guy who knows his stuff. If you don't know anything about cars, it's very important you go to someone trustworthy who isn't going to lie about what your vehicle needs and try to overcharge you. What's even more important is getting the job done right, and he'll do just that.
