We are super impressed with this place!
The food was really good. Although I wouldn't call it one of the best Korean, it is definitely Good Korean food.
The portion was generous and the chicken was super crispy and tender.
We ordered the Teriyaki Bento box and Katsu Bento box for take out. Everything was packaged neatly.
I would give them 11/10 for customer service.
Their debit machine stopped working when we went to pay, so instead if not going through with the transaction or making us wait, they simply handed us the food , apologizd and asked us to come back and pay for it later.

Awful service. Was turned around twice to go check the menu again. Wouldn’t and couldn’t explain a thing

The shrimp tempura I received was clearly frozen cooked in an oven. It did not have the flakey batter you get fresh and was clearly a flat side that it cooked or froze on. The grilled chicken rice entree was far from grilled, didn’t see a single grill mark. The grilled chicken was also drowning in a watery sauce, it was basically soup, tasted boiled or microwaved. Bulgogi was pretty good, fair portion and tasty.

Leaving a very neutral review, as when my other half and I came this place was closed. Upon further inspection it seems this place is now NO DINE IN, ONLY uber eats and skip the dishes. So we left disappointed

The food was delicious! Tasted like legitimate home cooked Korean food. The place is small but feels very welcoming. Really clean and has a homey vibe.
Such a cute place. Would highly recommend. Price are good for what you get!

I just happened to be in the area and got hungry so just googled restaurants nearby. Parking available at the back. 11:45am on Monday and no one else in the restaurant but parking in the back was almost full. Wonder what's going on with that. Anyhow, ordered the special of the day, Mom's Bibimbap and it was good! Two Korean ladies in the kitchen and one of them served me. The server was Korean and had only limited English but somehow I felt that added to authenticity of the food being served. Lol Service was good as I was the only one. Bathroom was clean. I didn't try anything on the menu so my

Came to this place on short notice and we are glad we did :) The restaurant is quite small, but clean. Washrooms were clean and had an updated look. Service was fast and the waitress was very friendly. Got some classic Korean dishes and they were all on point! Would definitely recommend.

I celebrated my PhD last night in this fine place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a outstanding evening and the restaurant was unquestionably one of the reasons for that strong event. The waiters collaborated in a graceful way, the cuisine was yummy and my friends were extremely overjoyed. We shall absolutely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

I have no idea how they got so many good reviews. Food was unbelievably terrible. They managed to mess up every single dishes.
Bibimbap was bland. They used raw purple cabbage, cucumber, bean sprouts and "sadly almost impossible to spot" beef. Where was the seasoned mushroom? Spinach? Rice was over-cooked, feels like it's been sitting in the rice cooker since this morning.
Paid extra $4.5 to upgrade to a combo. They didn't come out until we finished our meal. Kimchi pancakes was extremely mushy. Shrimp tempura was super greasy and we could not identify the batter they used (corn flakes?!). Check

Went into this restaurant with pretty high expectations since the rating was very good, probably one of the highest rated restaurants I've been to in a while. Nevertheless, I was extremely disappointed with their food. For starters, the prices are one of the highest for Korean restaurants I've seen, and there's not that much variety. The portions are average at most and the side dishes are also small (not to mention some of the worse side dishes I've ever had, especially the kimchi which had no flavour). We got 5 things, the maki roll, kimchi soup, bulgogi, japchae, and donburi

First time coming here and wanted to really like the place. Ordered the Katsu Don Buri and it was good, but not worth $17 and change with tax and tips. There are many better options nearby for that price. 2.5 stars.

Ordered take away last time. It was nicely packed with side dishes, soup and rice. The pork bone soup is soooo good. Taste so good even for take away. The only bad part is too hard to find this restaurant, took me so long to find this and I've been walking back and forth to find it, they should make the sign bigger

Came for dinner with colleagues on a blustery wintery day, and I was very happy to see and experience this cozy little nook on Yonge.

This restaurant had probably under 20 tables but it wasn't fill anyway. It's a very long, rectangular restaurant and I hope your party is less than 4 people.

Service was impeccable. The lady was very nice to us and asked how we were, and gave us menus promptly. She also had really good posture when serving food!

Food came pretty fast and the food was hot too. Their feast combo is worth if you are famished.

I had a katsu Don rice with egg and it was

My friend suggested this restaurant because the rating on Yelp was almost 5/5 so we decided to try it out. When we got there, the restaurant was not busy at all. If you are headed north on Yonge street it will be on your right hand side. Parking is a bit challenging but there are a couple of parking spots a little more north and also on the right hand side (gelato place)

I got the Korean fried rice with a sunny side up egg and kimchi. I also added the feast extra for $3.50 which include a choice of 1 shrimp tempera or 1 Korean spring roll and 2 kimchi pancakes. It was a little pricy for the proportion

The service was extremely good and they respond really fast too. I ordered the Korean Beef Soon Du Boo and it was amazing as they also cook everything fresh. It's a shame that I discovered this place on my last day in Richmond Hill as I would've been a regular customer here. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff and good food!

We both got the beef bulgogi bento box ($12.49) and it was a good portion for the price. Came with a lot of variety! The beef bulgogi was delicious they way they sautéed the vegetables.

It was empty when we came, the lady there definitely accommodated us very well!

There's parking at the back of the restaurant, and it's a cheaper price for lunch (until 3:30pm)

Good food and happy friendly service!

The new Yummy Korea sign caught my eye as I was walking down Yonge St, and as usual I was hungry. So I went in for a closer look and the Pork Bone Soup lunch special sign in the window cinched the deal, I decided to give them a try.

As it turns out, while Yummy Korea is a new name the restaurant is still owned by the same people who ran Fresh Food To Go and hence the est. 2007 on the new sign.

I ordered the Pork Bone Soup and the Chicken Katsu lunch specials to go and they were good choices. The Pork Bone soup has a nice rich and silky texture with lots

We were hungry and came across this place on Yonge Street. It is run by a couple who made everything fresh. The service was outstanding. The quality of the food was incredible. I have eaten my fair share of Japanese/Korean food but I loved the Chicken Katsu they had. Their bento box was also amazing. They have recently expanded so have plenty more seating available. We will definitely be back here to try other dishes.
