I asked for the Vaziri kabob dinner (mild koobideh) and the waitress (short blonde hair) brought over the Vaziri Kabob but with the spicy koobideh. I wanted to tell her she gave me the wrong dish but she was nowhere to be found. When I advised her of this mistake, she apologized and said she'd take the koobideh off the bill. I asked her for a to go container because I still had more than half my meal left untouched, including my chicken and rice. She said if you take the koobideh home, I will have to charge you for the full meal. Who does that? Why would I leave the koobideh out for them to throw

The food was ok, except the Shishlik which came very charred and with little meat and alot of bone the portions in general were economical which was fine since the food was not great. The quality and quantity didn't match up to the price at all. The service and ambiance didn't feel like a high end restaurant. I wouldn't recommend coming here for any nice occasions and for take out; there are dozens of better Persian restaurants in the GTA at similar or lower prices and with much better quality food.

Persian Palace was a stunning venue for our intimate wedding in January 2019! I wouldn't have it any other way! We made a fantastic choice, Samira and all her team were absolutely amazing! Samira was extremely helpful and kind and available to help us every step of the way up until everything was ready and perfect on the wedding day and then all was handed over to her incredible staff who took such good care of us and our guests the entire evening and truly made me feel like a princess on our special day. The food was delicious, all our guests loved the hall and food. I highly recommend the Persian

I had an amazing experience,
Hanging out with my former boss and friend who is non persian, we ended up going to Persian palace for first time, the place is luxurious with historic persian decoration. One thing catches your eyes right away is that the dining room is spacious and tables are far apart which makes it far better experience.
Also Staff were amazing and service was great.
Highlight of the night:
When waitress brought the main course she noticed the kitchen mixed up the orders and wrong kebab is served. She sincerely apologized and offered me to start with already prepared order

Poor service, mediocre food, and bad business practices all result in a BAD customer experience....
Im no expert but here are some tips to help management..
1) IF you are charging a cover charge to diners, please notify them before the bill arrives at the table.. Also when you automatically add a gratuity ON the surprise cover charge I would say that is borderline scamming your customers..
2) Walk me to my table.. Dont give me a table number and send me in.. Ridiculous!
3) Hire more than 1 waiter for the entire restaurant, to speed up service...
4) Cold store bought mini pita bread??? Really

I think this whole place has a great design that if you visit more than once you'll still find something you didn't notice before.
The servers are professional and friendly.
The reason they didn't get 5 stars?
- The kabobs were sweet (not too much but very noticeable) salt had to be added.
- The sumag shakers are a nightmare
- Found a bug in my salad, but anyone could have missed it however it's not an excuse for that being in my salad.

Been to the palace for three times now. An "okay" below average place with over the top decorations!
Starting with the smart and elegant design, this is truly a Persian palace, starting from the entrance door, the statues, the wall moulding, chandeliers, everything screams elegance..all this sets the mood for a great meal! Unfortunately not!
Considering the numerous competition 'Persian restaurants' in the area, they should do much better in terms of food quality...considering they have a head-start to everybody with this beautiful setup!
Food and service are mediocre, not

While the place looks nice, the food is mediocre and service is awful. We attended a party for 150 people with dinner buffet. Unfortunately it took more than 2 hours for them to feed us because they had only set up one single line for 150 people to get food. And, despite our several attempts to get them to allow guests to go on both sides of buffet tables to speed up getting our foods, they did not allow us to do that. Either these people don't know what the heck they are doing or they just don't care about customer service. Either way it is totally unacceptable to wait over 2 hours

The whole restaurant was gorgeous and the food was amazing! For such an extravagant looking restaurant, the prices on the lunch menu were pretty decent. I really enjoyed the ghormeh sabzi! The only downside to Persian Palace would have to be the weird elevator/musical rendition of old '90s classics music playing in the background. It made things a bit awkward between myself and my boyfriend as we were waiting on our food. Other than that, I would definitely come back to eat at The Persian Palace again!
