At Aahar, we try to create such a harmony. Starting from preparation of raw ingredients to the completion of the final dishes, we follow traditional Indian practices. Our kitchen is full of passion to create the best authentic indian dishes. Indian cuisine is as diverse as its culture. The art in Indian cooking is to use the right amount of spices to create a harmony of flavors.

2 stars because the lunch special looked good. Unfortunately this was not a good experience for us today. Why did they advertise the lunch special at 4:30pm if they would not honour the price? If they would have honoured that price, we would have purchased 2 specials... but no... The dinner price is at least $3 higher than the lunch special, without the bells and whistles. :-( So no, not a happy experience this time.

It was okay. I don't think price matched quality. I really like Indian food and the dishes were okay but very little meat.
Samosas were the best part of meal, I got both chicken & beef.
I had a few other dishes as well.
I'm all about value and in this case, it just isn't great value for your dollar.
I wont be back.

We got take out. The food was alright, but didn't wow me and felt like it wasn't worth the price. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was ready rather quickly. Their parking situation is annoying, as they do not have a proper parking lot and the space they do have only fits a few cars and there is no street parking around the building. Ultimately a good experience, but nothing special.

This is the second location for Aahar to my knowledge as the original became so popular. This location is larger with slightly classier decor and better for large groups.
Food is *almost* as delicious as the original but is still excellent in my opinion. I have also ordered delivery (even from another country for my bf who lives in Ottawa) and the quality is still great.

Went here on a whim the other day before my nail appointment next door. My daughter and I hit up the lunch buffet. This place has decent northern Indian style fare, and I have no complaints about the food at all. I stuck with the vegetarian dishes that day, and I especially liked the matar paneer that day. The decor is pretty, and the place is quite spacious. Bathrooms are clean, nice-looking, and well-maintained, and the service was quite friendly and hospitable. While I haven't been here to witness the dinner crowd, the lunch time eating is worth a re-visit in the future.
