Britech was very organized and professional from start to finish. The Trane product is quality and well suited for the home. The installer, Adam, worked steadily and thoroughly to ensure everything was well done. At the end, all was cleaned up and the system and controls were clearly explained.

Our AC install was a great experience. The 2 fellows that came were professional, always kept me up to date with what they were doing, walked me through everything when it came to the controls and cleaned up so well you would never have known they were there in the first place. Having AC installed has been something we had been researching about for years and we couldn’t have picked a better company. We’re SO HAPPY!

Our new AC was installed on Monday August 18th by Adam but originally sold to us by Troy through Home Depot who had a payment plan at 0% interest. Our experience from start to finish was very positive and everyone from Troy to Lori to Adam were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The fact that this is on a payment plan made it affordable so if you need AC and you don’t have $4000 kicking around this is a winning combination.

Over the weekend our AC went down. We called around to a couple businesses and all of them were very busy. When I went down the list and got to these guys, they were able to come on a Saturday night (The guy on call apparently lives near us!)
He was professional and saw that the unit was frozen up. Apparently we turned it too low and over the night just killed the system.

Great company. The furnace we ordered was delayed due to COVID but Lori was very communicative and kept us up-to-date with what was happening. When it came to the install the team was punctual, professional and very polite. They did a great job with the install and we’re very happy with the new furnace and hot water heater. Highly recommend.

Found them as a Home Depot approved contractor. The Britech team were professional and exceeded all my expectations. Replaced my AC and installed a new hot water tank. They had the best price, best warranty, and my 2 installers showed up on time, explained exactly what they were doing, and finished the job same day. No issues. From initial quote, appointment reminders, on the job work, and follow up - it was a great experience. I will use them again. Trane AC very quiet and efficient!!

Britech was quick to respond to my email request. W the COVID 19 currently causing concerns around personal attendance. We worked thru it professionally. I rec'd a fast response for quotes, made our selection and a date for installation was set. The work was followed up w/ on the set date and completed professionally, cleanly and everything has exceeded our expectations. Britech did a fantastic job installing our new air conditioners. They were punctual and very efficient. Wasted no time in surveying the situation and got to work immediately. If I could post ZERO stars for these guys, I would have. They don't have a clue what they are doing and have no problem ripping you off. I absolutely wasted a bunch of time and a whole lot of money using these bozos and in the end I HAD TO FIX THE HVAC ISSUE MYSELF!
