The company was great to work with. Steve kindly provided multiple options in the estimate for installation of a new Fujitsu heat pump and mini-splits. A skilled crew came on time both days and cleaned up after the work. They were fully masked, pleasant, and professional. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Everything seems to be working well and we’re set up for regular maintenance. A big thumbs up!

An absolute pleasurable experience. We had a multi zone heat pump installed by RPR and are very happy with the service we received by both the installation crew and support staff. The units are sleek and much quieter than expected. After starting them up our home reached a temp of 22 within 30 minutes despite being without heat for a few days. We are doing a happy dance. Thank you to all at RPR!

Furnace stopped working late in evening, talked to RPR, they immediately told me to turn breaker off because of risk of fire. Steve showed up promptly at 7am and had the problem rectified in no time, even had the parts in his van!! He explained what had happened in language I understood, cleaned up after and took away all old parts and debris. Extremely happy with the service we received and am happy to recommend this company to anyone! Thanks RPR Dean Garnett

Steve was very thorough, very professional. He explained everything to us about what had happened and what he was trying to do to resolve the problem. Then he helped set up everything so it kept working until the part arrived. Then, on a separate day he showed up again and he was very quick, diligent and thoughtful making sure we knew exactly what was going on. He checked everything to make sure everything is working perfectly. Thank you.

I called RPR Heating & Air during the June heatwave as my air conditioner had failed ! They were inundated with calls during this time however Terry personally answered my message and came out to diagnose my situation long after business hours. He arranged to have Trevor come out a couple of days later and fix the air-conditioning so that it was operational temporarily . Trevor was very prompt polite and professional.
